xsc··on Ask HN: Looking for hosting resources. Best practices.. etc

Very happy with Servint (http://www.servint.net). Their managed VPS/Dedicated machines are very well supported and every issue I've had is resolved very quickly.

xsc··on Ask HN: What annoys you?

Lack of time - Seems as if I can't spend enough time with people I care about.

Let's take in mind that the first sentence acts as a disclaimer

"The web developer-focused w3schools releases browser statistics every month."

I've had the opportunity to hear Gary in person, and he's a tremendous speaker. You feel as if he's talking only to you. Pay attention, he love what he does, as any entrepreneur should

xsc··on Poll: Are you a night owl or a lark?

Lark. Go to the gym, get in a strong workout and power through the morning.

I prefer Euro myself

xsc··on Ask HN: Protecting your identity with domain registration?

Perfect. Nailed on the head of what I was looking for: Anonymity.

My only hesitation is that I see nothing regarding USPS form 1583 (Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent). http://www.usps.com/forms/_pdf/ps1583.pdf

What are thoughts on this?

Seems a little bit slower, but things are working as they should here.

xsc··on Ask HN: So you've just pulled an all nighter, how do you get through the day?

Go to the gym. Sweat. Then, go outside and breathe the fresh air. That has always done the trick for me.

xsc··on Ask HN: Why not have one daily site/app update submission for all HN members?

I personally like all of the submission, whether it is 10 a day or 1. The point is, if they're asking, and you're looking to help, you'll connect here.

xsc··on The Google – Youtube – Conundrum

Very infrequent YouTube video poster, but watch a few videos a day.

For myself, I don't have a problem paying for hosting. But I'm sure to use it when it's offered for free.

I'm interested in what Google/YouTube can do for customization, particularly in the chromeless/API arena. I'd definitely pay for HD chromeless at the right price.

xsc··on Ask HN: How much do you sleep at night?

Usually 6.5 - 7

Get up, go to the gym, nice cool morning air after the gym and shower, and to work before everyone gets in.

Google Calendar.
