edit: it's what makes debugging so much fun :D
The geek in me thinks of a program at rest on disk vs a running program.
Why would they impose a 20M limit and not stick to 4% revenue irregardless of it...
edit: I'm not sure that the down voting is about.. it's still a limit, a limit that means a company turning over 0-500M will pay up to a 20M fine.. not so bad the closer you get to 500M but not so great if you're a small company, especially so as the regulation is so open to the "law of unintended consequences" right now and only larger companies will have the funds / man power to navigate it.
A quick example of bad left would be their reaction to Brexit and anyone that voted in favor of it, which to them meant, overnight half the country became racist.
Now, comparing a doctor, whom don't base their care on political opinions - to, say, financial experts that have something to gain from their "expert opinions" are two very different types of expert. But again, this is what we see coming from the left all the time, everything is black and white, there is no middle ground, you are either with us or a whole host of 'ism words.
Funny thing is, doctors actually have to make shitty calls i.e. triage, and sometimes society can be so broken, that to fix things, shitty calls need to be made; something the left are utterly incapable of doing.
And these "experts" you talk of, they're just as politically motivated as you are, think about that.
Let me quote a key passage: "Engineers must check that films are sufficiently thick so asperities — peaks of surface roughness between mating surfaces — don't touch. Otherwise, bearings can rapidly wear and fail."
However if you pass any user data (_POST, _GET, etc) into a system/exec etc call that sets an environment variable then you would be vulnerable.
Edit: Just to be clear, even using system / exec etc is not affected as the environment variables are not passed along to the sub process by the apache sapi.

Currently focusing on the xdebugd side which is an xdebug proxy but with a web interface. I'll post a screenshot of that next Saturday I hope!
edit: special because any imbalance in the shaft would rip the bearings apart.
Considering you are storing only millions of rows I figured a mysql implementation using blobs should do the trick .. but it all depends on the load you expect .. worth playing around with the idea I think.
I've been building a data management platform for the last 8 years and we are now at the stage where we want to provide tools to help our customers get more from their data than just statistics. As my programming experience is mainly in PHP and JS this set of articles is helping me grasp ML rather than trying to wrap my head around a new language. I'm currently working on k-means clustering and re-implementing everything in PHP to get the best possible understanding I can .. my aim after that is to see how well I can implement things at an SQL level.
Have you ever tried to center a hole to micron precision? Do you know which drill speed vs feed rate to use for the metal you are drilling? Do you know which drill bit to use? Do you know how to sharpen drill bits correctly? Do you know how to secure work to the table? Do you know how to use a sine bar and gauge blocks to mount your work piece at a precise angle? Do you know how to inspect the surface of the work piece to make sure it doesn't have burrs, specs of dirt etc that could throw the work tolerances out? etc etc
It's not he most in depth job, but it's far from unspecialised.
