Swift has `@_noAllocation`:

@_noAllocation func foo() -> Int { return [1,2,3].randomElement()! } fails with "error: Using type 'Int' can cause metadata allocation or locks"

but

@_noAllocation func foo() -> Int { return 1 + 2 + 3 }

compiles fine.

weissi··on Ask HN: Best way to remove CO2 in a bedroom?
We leave our bedroom door open whilst we sleep which pretty much solves the issue. Leaving the ensuite bathroom door open also helps but not quite as much as the door to the hallway.

for

    int m[2][3] = { {1, 2, 3}, {4, 5,6}};
    int *n[2];

    n[0] = &m[0][0]; //equivalent to n[0] = m[0]
    n[1] = &m[1][0]; //equivalent to n[1] = m[1]
it lists that

  What is n[1][1]? //2
  What is m[1][1]? //same as n[1][1]
but it's actually 5. (n[0][1] would be 2)
