I bring lots of experience building out data-intensive web apps in the realms from e-commerce to big data visualization dashboards. I’d love to transition to doing more full-stack work with a focus on the front-end as I enjoy the breadth of work across the stack.

I'm a strong engineer with 4 years of experience on the front-end building out complex solutions with maintainability and simplicity in mind without sacrificing the user experience. I am looking for my next challenge and would love to chat if you're interested. Thanks!

At 3.5 years of experience, I am currently working as a Front-end Engineer at Microsoft on one of their Azure products. I am casually looking for a new opportunity and would love to try out a 4-day work week at a company offering such a schedule.

I have years of experience focused around front-end technologies building applications ranging from an e-commerce website powered with Next.js to a data-intensive dashboarding app similar to Grafana and more.

From feedback from teammates, I am told that my communication and collaboration skills are effective and clear and really make an impact on helping deliver expectations and information to stakeholders for the team.

Please, feel free to reach out via email if you have any more questions. I'd be happy to answer them and give you a copy of my resume.

weffe··on Ask HN: Do you push back on tracking scripts at your company? How?
At my last job we ran into the same issue you're going through and also wanted to limit the amount of client-side tracking scripts running on page-load. We ended up using Segment (https://segment.com/) to act as an Event hub and they have integrations with Facebook, Google Analytics, and other platforms to forward events to. It worked well once you get through the pain of setup and any incorrect configurations.

If I remember correctly, it wasn't a complete replacement for things like Google Tag Manager if you're using that but it certainly replaced many event tracking calls for a single event tracking call.

weffe··on Implementing Inverse Kinematics
Can anyone with experience comment on the FABRIK algorithm [1] for solving IK? There's an online demo here [2] Basically, do you think the FABRIK method would be better than the Jacobian methods for a use-case in 3-dimensional space only (e.g. being used on a robotic arm)? There's a project I am interested in joining that involves IK and just want to know a 3rd-party opinion.
