I am looking forward to do what @freehunter said - and modify the tutorial so that users can start learning how to do stuff faster.
Seems to be down right now though.
However, more than filtering out the bad stuff I would love to see content highlighted by one of the people whose opinions I am more interested in.
(I realized it not because of the name - I have seen very weird names before. I realized it because of her picture on the about page.)
Regardless, my question above is still open.
I was however confused by "I also needed a recruiter who was smart enough not to poach a founder".
Was he saying this just because founders in SV are not a good fit to Meebo? Or are they bad employees? Or that it is considered bad to poach to hire a founder?
What I am wondering is - does this lead to the entire patent industry coming crumbling down? I am expecting that part might not be likely, but I am trying to figure out what part is to be expected.
edit: added the "to the industry" part.
It is much more important to get the experience right with one or two small specific cases first - and then to make it available to the larger public.
* offer a $100 credit to start off.
* offer more services than just a tweet if successful - for example a very simple feedback widget that shows up.
* charge only for delaying ship dates, but not for changing what is being shipped, or for minor delays (say within a week).
* don't charge if the person accepts public humiliation with a tweet saying "I sucked and did not ship my planned item.".
As for paying accounts - maybe keep 3-5 free design feedback free per user. That way people can try it, get some value from it, and the professionals who want to keep using more (and wanting to store old feedback) will want to pay.
Would love to hear your thoughts (see my profile for my email address). And feel free to get in touch for a free license of our software.
Use of timing capabilities can have a lot of benefits.
I am forwarding information about this to other teams as well.
Note, you can host GitHub within your company, but again - it is usually not worth it unless you are a larger company.
