There is no automatic reset, but you can draw on top of everything. I'm thinking about some anti-abuse mechanism to make sure users don't destroy each other's drawings all the time, maybe having several canvases users can switch to, or limiting the amount of paint per user — not yet sure.
vidzert··on Show HN: How good is your color vision? Find out in my new game
Thanks for the feedback! My initial idea was to make something super simple for children, this is why I didn't add any buttons (there are 0 buttons in any of my games on my website, except for "start" button). But let me see if there are any alternative solution.

Thanks for the feedback! Since the game is still in the early version, my initial idea was to keep it simple, to see if people will play it at all, but I’m definitely planning to add features like showing the total number of questions/statistics. Appreciate you playing!

Thanks for the feedback! I get what you mean. Since the levels aren't infinite, my initial idea was that anyone who can spot all the colors will finish the initial version of the game. But I'm planning to add score comparisons if people like it. Appreciate you playing!
vidzert··on Show HN: I made a tiny game to challenge your mind
The game is just a fun logic challenge to get you thinking. I didn't realize saying it increases IQ might not be accurate and cause such a big reaction. It's more about exercising your mind.

Unfortunately there are not too many original versions of levels. Most difficult levels are very similar.

I used AI, but mostly for geometry (e.g. find a formula to understand that lines are crossing each other).

Oh, thanks. I didn't realize that colors could be a problem. I will try to come up with something different next time.

vidzert··on Show HN: I made a tiny Halloween game to boost visual recognition skills
Yes, it is for toddlers. Animation would be nice, but it is a bit too difficult for me at this point. Just general feedback is fine.
vidzert··on Show HN: I made a tiny game that helps boost your memory
Thank you! There are just five levels: [2, 2], [3, 2], [4, 2], [4, 3], [5, 4]. I thought about making it longer or even endless, but I decided to make it much simpler because the game is for kids and the feeling of victory is important to them. That's why there are only 5 levels and confetti at the end. Sounds are taken from https://freesound.org.

The motivation was to create a simple educational game for my daughter. There are a ton of similar games, but all of them are with ads, premiums, and it is easy for a child to break them (e.g. by clicking some wrong button). The stack is simple - jQuery + jQuery Flip (plus simple js and css), no frameworks. The game was built in 3 evenings.
vidzert··on Oracle, it's time to free JavaScript
According to comments in this post, it appears that Oracle is defending the use of the name "JavaScript" in some cases. However, the internet is filled with various resources that use "JavaScript" in their names. I'm curious if there are any confirmed instances of Oracle suing someone for using this name, or if these are just false rumors and Oracle is merely reserving the right to do so in the future.
