I second that! Also, a dedicated space for working is ideal to keep the office dynamics. Most importantly, make sure to stay in touch with your team - it will help everyone to be aligned and on track.

I have a question; why did you explicitly use jsp? With all the respect I have the feeling that it is getting a bit old fashioned. I would make the codebase more flexible by introducing a front-end framework or web components. What is your opinion?

What I would suggest is to actually take advantage of the environment that the university provides to you. Speak with professors, learn what they do, ask questions, potentially work with them, interact with students - generally try to learn as much as possible by exploring all the different sides of the comp. science world and most importantly, enjoy it!!!

+1 for draw.io, easy to use, it also has Jira and G suite integrations which make sharing across the team a piece of cake!

I can second this, lack of sleep changes the way I think!
