unixnighton KOReader

Kobo's reader definitely renders Epubs better than KOReader. I really only used it on my Kobo Libre H20 to download epubs from my calibre server. Now, on my Boox Go 7, KOReader beats the built-in reader hands down

unixnighton Teenage Engineering's PO-32 acoustic modem and synth implementation

I have been on the hunt for this pedal, and it is now stupidly expensive. I hope they rerelease it one of these days

unixnighton /R/selfhosted limits vibecoded apps

Nothing more disappointing than seeing a super cool project and reading the super long github readme, only to see right at the bottom "I vibe coded this application"

unixnighton Helldivers 2 devs slash install size from 154GB to 23GB

It was legit faster to delete and redownload this game than update it since steam considered my SSD too full (WITH 200 GIGS FREE) to download the files to said SSD, instead opting to use my SLOWEST HDD as the cache drive for the download.

It would then proceed to download the update in 5 minutes and spend 8 HOURS UPDATING.

A full download of the game? 10 minutes.

Glad to see this update. I hope more games follow suit
