> The customer always gets what they want: In the case of an ads-driven business model where the advertiser is the true customer, that’s balanced political news alongside frivolous lifestyle stories as a canvas for ads. In the case of subscribers, it’s being flattered by having their own worldviews echoed back at themselves in more articulate form. Nobody actually pays for news, unless your livelihood depends on it, which is why outlets like The Wall Street Journal and Bloomberg will still flourish, but nothing vaguely resembling news will otherwise remain in a subscription-driven world.

Have we already forgotten that PRISM proved that data collection is outsourced to companies? They're basically one and the same.
However, Firefox for Android with uBlock Origin shows the article without a trace of what you're describing.
That is all.

Still, in 2021, YouTube doesn't autocaption Swedish. So I guess there's not much hope for my native tongue here either.
Also, can you download these generated subtitles on Chrome for desktop? And, will this be in Chromium too? Speech recognition files are downloaded and run offline. But are they be a proprietary addition only to Chrome users?
And, lovely work on the UI!
Same thing, works well. Newsletters are plague.
I think what happened when brexit went into full effect was pretty telling. Both Facebook and Google were on their toes to get back to abusing the data of UK citizens. There's much to be gained.
