Because of that, it's probably easier to generate income from apps because the market is not as saturated as niche-wordpress-blogs.
I think that's why it's easier to generate passive income.
But, I wonder: Are there are other door mechanisms which will prove easier to use? Did anyone ever install spring controlled doors in a home for this reason?

At $20 million, there is nothing you can't do. At that point, with some wise long term investments, you wouldn't need to worry about finances.
You could have taken that frame that you liked and went to a local merchant to purchase new lenses for. That's what I would do even if I purchased the frames online, I'd get the prescription lens done elsewhere.
Sure, debris can damage the underside and cause the car to catch fire, but putting the packs in the front or rear of the car can cause it to explode on impact as well. Having it on the underside will probably cause fewer fires than having it in the front for example.
That said, consider gasoline cars: The fuel needs to travel from the tank to the engine. Effectively, an impact anywhere on the fuel line can cause a fire.
I don't have any data, but nothing will continue "going up forever"...
(1) How many online reviews are fake? How many are written out of spite? There is a level of trust you have to give someone: either an online reviewer or a person.
(3) Having a human to work with is usually better service than not. But it really depends on the situation.
Edit: I'd like to mention that I am not an agent of any sort. I do more business online than anyone I know, but I also realize the pros/cons of both sides of the spectrum.

Many actions / decisions being made really depend on the store. Personally, I needed an iphone replaced and one local apple store decided NOT to even look at the iphone. Another apple store was very upfront: they looked at the damaged iphone, and offered an exchange for $200.
This is really very true in the corporate world. The better you know how to communicate, the more likely it is that you will succeed in your chosen profession.
I finally switched to Att about 2 years ago and I have to admit: every time I called, everyone was friendly and helpful. Nothing was hidden: they laid out their charges and I agreed to them. They may have even slightly higher ($10 a month), but I have excellent nationwide coverage and very good internet speeds when I need it.
This was just my experience, and it may be different for others.
On our site, we only monitor Paypal sales, as those are by far the most abundant.
A button requires you grab a chair or broom to activate... and that can be dangerous. Additionally, those test buttons work for 2 mins before it starts sounding again.
If it would cost you $1k to purchase and install, but it would save you $1k in 5 years, wouldn't it be worth it?
I thought of it more in terms of "baby steps" instead of covering my entire yard.
I noticed that going home early and tackling the problem early the next morning helps more than the 2-3 hours I spent with no success.
