What if you could offer this before and after hours? You'd partner with these coffee shops and convert their space into co-working space. This way, there's a set window of time that activity would be going on, sans true disruption to their business. Probably Mom and Pop shops, easier to get a yes + foot traffic is more of a pain point for them vs larger scale franchise ;)

2. Hop on AngelList (angel.co) and scour through startups in your area. Identify 10 that you're interested in and why.
3. Reach out to the team via LinkedIn or AngelList with your request + what you're hoping to learn from the internship and why them. Invite a team member for coffee or an intro call
4. Goodluck :)

Hope these help! Both Codecademy and W3schools cover html, css, java, javascript...
Maybe it's in sync with HealthKit's SDK and figures out when user gets up or analyzes health data (sleep pattern, activity) to make app + tips more relevant to the user. Alternatively, you can skip this and just let the user set the time for morning wake up messages and manually input data ;).
Users upon first launch of app can be prompted to set goals/what they want to achieve out of the app in terms of productivity.
Maybe it could notify users at intervals during the day i.e., Morning, Noon, and Evening. Something like this...
Morning notification.alert = 'Good Morning! Motivational Quote';
Afternoon notification.alert = '12 hours left of the day! Motivational reminder/goal setting message';
Evening notification.alert = 'It's the end of the day. Did you achieve your goals? or Were you productive today?';
Or alternatively Evening notification.alert = 'See your productivity for today'
//user taps notification and app opens to display of how much time spent on phone during that day + tips for optimal productivity (maybe from a wellness expert etc)
I'll keep this extension installed, looking forward to tracking your progress. Keep it up and good luck! :)

The fact that I didn't get something right the first time doesn't mean that I will never be right. With each attempt, you learn something new. Thomas Edison made 1000 unsuccessful attempts at inventing the lightbulb, but learned, adapted, and tried again. If you learned something, you didn't fail :)
Go for it.
2. I scoured through LinkedIn and made a list of potential fits and their strong suits. Then InMailed/Sent connection requests to strongest fits on my list. I found this method mostly successful...(8/10) accepted and followed through. Here's what I sent in the request:
"Hi (Redacted)! Very interested in connecting based on your background. Would love to set up a time to chat about what we're building at Flindel (www.flindel.com)"
3. Invited them to coffee (on me) or an intro call to determine mutual fit.
4. Took it from there.
Don't be shy about cold emailing/reaching out to people. More people are willing to help than you would think
2. Design three fake sites for three fake clients (you can link to site1.wordpress.com etc - also free) and display "testimonials". This will be your portfolio.
3. Ask family + friends if they or anyone they know needs help putting together a site, then refer to them your site. May try to get you to do pro bono work but they'll serve as initial clients to add to portfolio.
4. Post same screenshots of sites and create an ad for your services on Craigslist (USA) or Kijiji (Canada) or any classifieds site - also free. Link this ad to your portfolio. This will increase your audience reach.
5. Have fun.
I did something very similar when I was 14 and getting started
