Backblaze should expand their service to a cheaper cloud storage service similar to Amazon S3. They already have the infrastructure and the know-how.
You should also know that when an employer want to terminate you, they don't think about your current situation before they lay you off. You still get laid-off when you are in middle of having a baby and need insurance. So employer's current situation shouldn't affect your decision.

What is the whole address and transaction id just to trace and see where it went? There is no way to cancel the transaction.
[edit]
Here is the info[1] about the transaction. It seems the transaction way relayed by IP address 71.206.70.250, somewhere in Florida (Comcast customer). It also seems the address[2] only holds your balance for now. You can call Comcast and let them know.

I will add than Twitter had a specific atmosphere compared
to other so called startups. The employees seem to be hired
on more than skills, everyone at their office is very much
hipster like, beautiful looking, feeling super confident
and ready to kick it. Walking around Twitter sometimes
almost feels like walking within a TV show. You said to ask you any questions, so far you only answered one single question for the last hour. Why would you say ask me anything and don't respond to the questions?
