tinfoilhatter··on Living off-grid: Hundred Rabbits
It's easy to suggest people can improve society for themselves and everyone else but actually making effective improvements is a much more difficult task.
tinfoilhatter··on Zig v0.17.0
It boggles the mind that people believe anyone that thinks differently from them is automatically utterly stupid.

Actually, on second thought, it really doesn't. Indoctrination and herd mentality are quite the things.

tinfoilhatter··on Formalizing Fermat's Last Theorem
I assume you mean that dying is the most terrifying pat of the natural human experience. Also, I'm not sure why you infer that me thinking death is a natural part of life, means that I'm happy or eager to die.

There are many reasons that people living forever would be a problem for society, the most obvious being an ever-increasing population.

tinfoilhatter··on Formalizing Fermat's Last Theorem
Thinking that aging is a natural part of the human experience is a horrible thought? Please explain...
tinfoilhatter··on Formalizing Fermat's Last Theorem
It's wild to think that aging is something that needs to be cured, and isn't a part of the natural human experience. I'm so tired of people trying to play the role of God, as well as people that cheer these sorts of things on.

Kind of like how you were just doing muslims muslims muslims MUSLIMS!

I didn't attack anyone - I simply replied that if we follow their logic to its conclusion, no terrorist group really exists.

Trying to educate anyone in anything on this website is a hopeless cause. Typing anything that contradicts a popularly held belief, even when true, earns downvotes into oblivion. People on this platform don't want to learn anything - people want to prop up the status quo, control narratives and further enlarge their already giant egos.

Or they could take the effort to communicate more clearly, and choose words that accurately articulate what they are attempting to convey.

Okay - but Antifa is still a thing, it exists. There are antifa telegram groups, there were people that identified as being antifa who came together and attacked immigration and customs enforcement officers and are in prison for it. The statement that antifa doesn't exist is not the same statement as antifa is not a hierarchal or centralized organization.

Also, just FYI, one of the more prominent early members of the hacker collective anonymous was a federal informant named Aubrey Cottle (aka Kirtaner) who was a long-time Something Awful forum member with a very sordid past. Anonymous really wasn't that anonymous - it was full of feds and essentially a psyop.

Antifa doesn't really exist? Please explain people waving antifa flags, wearing antifa badges / clothing, putting antifa in their social media profiles? With this kind of logic, no terrorist group really exists.

Interesting how Jewish terrorists aren't mentioned, even though Israel has a long and storied history of engaging in terrorism. I guess it's such a legacy that it's not even brought up anymore?

tinfoilhatter··on Nvidia Insists It Can Keep Printing Money to Fund the AI Boom
The same group of minds that were behind communism were also behind modern capitalism. It's no surprise that these systems produce the same net results - it was by design.
tinfoilhatter··on Qwen 3.8 27B
Sure - and a factual statement would be, these artists hired assistant artists to help them create their paintings. Just like it would be factual to say that the person directed a LLM to build an app for them.
tinfoilhatter··on Qwen 3.8 27B
What does it matter who receives more credit? The producer produces the film and the director directs it. If I pick my phone and record a video, I'm now the producer and director of the film and the sole creator of it.

If there were multiple people involved in the creation of a film I helped to create, I cannot factually say I created it. Just like if someone builds something using code generated by AI, they can't factually say they created it.

tinfoilhatter··on Qwen 3.8 27B
I've never encountered a project manager who has said: I built this thing, after a project has wrapped up. I have encountered ones who've said I managed this project.
tinfoilhatter··on Qwen 3.8 27B
I'm not sure that typing messages to a chat bot requires much catching up, but since you think this is what I should do rob, I better listen!
tinfoilhatter··on Qwen 3.8 27B
He still didn't create the paintings, he offered instructions / feedback to the artists that created them. Whether or not he is credited with authoring them is an entirely separate issue.
tinfoilhatter··on Qwen 3.8 27B
The director receives accreditation for directing the film, not creating it.
tinfoilhatter··on Qwen 3.8 27B
So if I hire an artist and am a motivated individual, have an idea for a painting, have background knowledge about paintings and have taste in paintings and can offer a critique of the painting as the artist paints it, then somehow I created the painting?

Absurd logic. The AI built the website.

tinfoilhatter··on IRGC claims it destroyed Amazon's Bahrain data center
Were they? The Bolsheviks murdered (conservatively) 20 million innocent civilians. Not really sure the Nazis hold a candle to them.
tinfoilhatter··on Why were Covid vaccine trials so fast?
Why should I even engage with you? Clearly you believe that anyone who doesn't parrot the mainstream, accepted narrative regarding Fauci and Covid is worth ridiculing / hurling obscenities at. Do you even know anything about the man, who he associates with, his history, where he studied, etc...? Clearly you don't, because if you did, you wouldn't be asking questions like who tf do you get your information from. Like I said, I certainly don't trust the Freemason / Jesuit-trained Fauci or any of his Jesuit buddies in the Biden or Trump administrations. You probably don't even know what a Jesuit is or the history of the Society of Jesus and their fondness for toppling governments and deceiving the citizenry of sovereign nations.
tinfoilhatter··on Why were Covid vaccine trials so fast?
You're the one trolling - you're literally suggesting that anyone who engages in wrong think should be ridiculed. I sincerely hope you score more good boy points with the moderators of this garbage website.
tinfoilhatter··on Why were Covid vaccine trials so fast?
Oh no! Someone sees the world differently. Instead of attempting to understand why, I'll just toss a pejorative at them, because I'm not emotionally or mentally capable of anyone thinking differently than I do.
tinfoilhatter··on Why were Covid vaccine trials so fast?
How exactly is discussing the origin of the virus that these vaccines (that were rushed through trials) were developed for, off-topic? That's an extremely silly, bordering on absurd suggestion. It was flagged, because whomever did the flagging didn't want to allow any discussion of the origin of the virus. Let's be honest at least.
tinfoilhatter··on Why were Covid vaccine trials so fast?
What can be done about it includes holding the people responsible for it accountable, which you can only do if you know whose fault it is. Not to mention, it probably would have helped to have all the information that was conveniently "lost" at the Wuhan Institute of Virology just before knowledge of the virus became public.
tinfoilhatter··on Why were Covid vaccine trials so fast?
Trump was certainly in on it, as was Biden, along with the rest of their Jesuit pals.
tinfoilhatter··on Why were Covid vaccine trials so fast?
Such an original reply!
tinfoilhatter··on Why were Covid vaccine trials so fast?
Certainly not people like Anthony Fauci and his Jesuit buddies.
tinfoilhatter··on Why were Covid vaccine trials so fast?
If only the majority of our congress wasn't also corrupt and busy enabling people like Anthony Faucci and his friends...
tinfoilhatter··on Why were Covid vaccine trials so fast?
What was trivially disproven again?
