Flexibility in the sense I basically manage my own Kanban, but you have a point that it is constraining at this point. I like the fact that I mostly manage my own work, and plan to do some more task management to hopefully alleviate some of the pain before I start looking.

100% I think you're right. I've been meaning to have a more defined process for some time now, and plan to get everything into our ticketing system soon. It just always feels like a choice between administrative work and overdue work, and I usually choose the latter. Hopefully when it's all in there I can just spend 10-15 minutes per day to keep it up-to-date.

Thanks, I think when I get more on top of my queue (in terms of ticketing), this'll be an easier sell. We're planning to hire eventually, but I'm not sure when that is.
