Also, at any project with a sane architecture, you're using 1 vault and maybe 1-2 ambient strategies to pass the data. You won't use all the vaults at the same time anyway
It is capable flowing quite a large amount of traffic, so it's not suitable for building anywhere.
And you get a hill you don't like, you just use max assist and go up without sweating.
Websites (forums, mostly) have figured out they'll actually drive more traffic if they didn't have a sign-up wall.
The signup requirement is myopic, some PM looking into the data and doing some math they can make more $$$ per unique visit if they make them sign up, not realizing the long-term harm it creates because it drives the unique visits way down.
Spontaneous conversations happen every once in a while to creates an opportunity for collaboration, or maybe someone is working on a problem that another colleague worked on, so you can connect them etc. IMO, Happy hours in front of the screen are boring and feels like more work.
I don't want to go back to the office on a regular schedule, but I actually miss having stronger connections to my coworkers. I think the regular company meetings in a single location is an excellent alternative
So a restroom.
>Food must be stored in a clean, dry location where it is not exposed to splash, dust, or other contamination and is at least 15 centimeters (6 inches) above the floor.
A shelf.
>Sufficient refrigeration facilities or other effectively insulated facilities that are conveniently located must be provided to assure the maintenance of potentially hazardous food at required temperatures during storage. Each mechanically refrigerated facility storing potentially hazardous food must be provided with a numerically scaled indicating thermometer, accurate to ±1°C (2°F), located to measure air temperature in the warmest part of the facility.
A fridge and a thermometer
>Fruits and vegetables may be washed by using chemicals as specified in 21 C.F.R. 173.315, April 1, 1996. Any sink used to wash, prepare, store, or soak food must be indirectly connected to the sewer through an airbreak.
This a U shaped a filter on the drain hose, you can self install and cost a few bucks.
>A ventilation hood system must be provided over all cooking equipment which produces steam, excessive smoke, grease vapors, or odors.
A hood a standard in every kitchen.
>Perimeter walls and roof of a food establishment must effectively protect the establishment from the weather and the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.
Walls and a roof?.
These are sanitary requirements but none of them are extra imo
Your forte, when you discuss it with your manager, should give you some growth areas that you should improve. If in your next talent review, you haven't made much progress, that will contribute to your ranking naturally but that's about it
LE and URA targets do change by organization and current HC goals. People need to go to Focus but in my experience it was the right thing to do. HR will absolutely help you to improve the performance and retain the individual if you think it's fixable.
From my experience, and I'm not saying this is case for all, people in Focus had undeniable performance problems that needed addressing. Stack ranking and quotas suck, and you feel like shit having to abide by them, but I've also seen managers being overprotective about underperforming employees. At some point, you have to do something about them because they'll bring the whole team down.
Cookie notices was the industry response, ignoring the spirit of the law and complying at a minimal rate
If they think they can abuse my attention with stuff like this, I immediately uninstall and go on with my life.
There's nothing against self signed certificates working with HSTS at all. It's perfectly fine for browsers to accept HSTS regardless of who signed it.
