thedakon Ask HN: Who is hiring? (December 2018)

I just wanted to say that I had no idea Ritual was based in Toronto. Your offering is amazing, and my office in Toronto uses it daily. Keep up the awesome work.

thedakon Launch HN: Dinesafe (YC S18) – Crowdsourcing Food Poisoning Reports

FYI: the name of this project collides with the City of Toronto's own food safety program:

https://www.toronto.ca/health/dinesafe/index.htm?show=detail...

> DineSafe is Toronto Public Health's food safety program that inspects all establishments serving and preparing food. Each inspection results in a pass, a conditional pass or a closed notice. Find out more about the inspection system.

thedakon Show HN: A self-hosted alternative to Trello, Basecamp, and Freshbooks

Same here. I'm immediately disinterested after finding out it's not open source. I've been looking for an OSS alternative for quite some time (CBA to write one, maybe I should start a project..)
