Although my company did interview coaching, resume creation and LI Profile enhancement (support services for the interviewee), hopefully this is useful. Many interviewers are in risk minimization mode in the beginning. So they are looking for good fit and also inconsistencies in the career path. Life is messy with fits and starts but an overarching good story and understanding the thought process behind career moves goes a long way to lowering risk concerns. That should be aligned in both the resume and the oral interview. Employers want a problem solver with a general record of focus, attention, and seeking improvements. The right questions will allow these qualities to surface.

Read the book Mom Test. It is the standard reference for user or prospective surveys.

Kudos for an all-around outstanding effort. Really beautiful. One thing to think about, from a professional perspective, is the million dollar problem for all these resume editors--providing an MS Word version. I prefer to do my reports generation in rmarkdown/latex but am forced to use MS Word for my resume clients. There are word templates you can use with rmarkdown and markdown (pandoc) but they take time to setup.
