testpass··on Ask HN: What do you want to learn in 2016?
I just graduated 2 weeks ago. There is so much to learn of what is useful, and feels like very little time to do it. Getting proficient with a language that is up and coming (Golang has been my choice lately), and then follow it up with an idea super hot today (machine learning, big data?).
testpass··on Ask HN: What's the biggest risk you took in your career that paid off?
Did you graduate from an non-Chinese university, and then move to China? Or always had an in?

If you don't mind commenting, what factors made you realize that you hated it 2 months in?

I'm in a similar boat, going to a startup (50~ people, 2.5 years), so this would be useful :)

I saw, it looks great :)

I've never used wit.ai, can you give me a rundown of how it works? I usually use spacy.io, where it instantiates an NLP on your local machine.

PS: Should your config.py have the access token?

This will have a pretty bad effect on the company's morale. Depending on how long this layoff occurs for (1 month vs 1 year), everyone will feel extremely uneasy going into work knowing today's possibly the last day.

It's a good start :)

I've noticed people try to start out with NLP + machine learning when creating a bot, got any plans for that?

testpass··on Using Dijkstra's algorithm to draw maps
Graph theory has been one of the most difficult topics I've had to grasp at university. This is awesome! Thanks for sharing.
testpass··on Competition app
Are there multiple categories people can compete to be the best? How is one determined #1 or #2?
testpass··on Ask HN: New grad, new job at a small startup. How to prepare for the future?
Thanks for your insight - it helps knowing there are so many sides to the story.

Would you have liked to reverse that order? Go to the startup first, then go to corporate. Or stay in a startup(s)?
