In the worst case he would get banned from using Facebook, which nowadays can have can be negative based on the capacity user is engaged with it (using it as an online identity manager for logins, social consequences etc.).
I can try to convince a rock to split itself with any attitude I believe in, but I'll still be more effective with a hammer.
I'll add that this is breaking the law twice, once with the origin and second with Facebook as violation of their service.
Otherwise, the parent doesn't make any sense in his ramblings.
It's all based on intent. His was fine, until he forgot that the medium used was putting him in the violation in the first place, but the cherry on top was not limiting the access to the people the stream was meant for.
Lmao, yes speculating that it includes that certain software package or that it's the latest version.
That burden is on the developer (if there's no maintainer) which has to waste time packaging same thing for X distros. Windows developer uploads the .exe to the web and he's done.
What's more easier then clicking an .exe ?
I think Windows 10 can be a really nice OS, considering MS would stop with the telemetry/ads BS and make it more accessible to opt out. Until then O&O Shutup 10 tool is indispensible in that matter.
The "hacking of election" is the same thing as having a 1 year media smear campaign between candidates that occurs before the USA elections.
But considering the existing bullshit rollercoaster, you ask why MORE countries weren't banned ?

Although you can argue this is still a service, it's way better then Facebook.
Also multiple personas online is a feature. Unless in rare cases, this doesn't replicate in real life.

Like children who grew up being sheltered, then came to college and saw protesting (blaming others) is the answer.
