taxerbee1··on Primitive Asgard cells show life on the brink of complexity
A new study published in the journal Nature sheds light on the evolution of complex life from newly discovered "Asgard Cells"! Go science... love the science of evolution, so fascinating!

So it seems like these Asgard Cells are complex cells that evolved on Earth over 1.8 billion years ago. These cells have features similar to both bacteria and eukaryotes, which are the two main types of cellular life on Earth. The discovery provides insight into the evolution of eukaryotic cells, which are believed to have originated from a symbiotic relationship between two different types of bacteria. As we go further and further back in time, chemical and biology evolution merges :)

taxerbee1··on Calculating Position from Raw GPS Data (2017)
Wow I am blown away this is high level IQ stuff. Something we take for granted, the amount of calculations and things to consider in order to be precise is very fascinating. Even though its high level science and math, but all of its logical once you read about it.

Such as the process of calculating position using the pseudorange and the almanac data. I would of never thought of this lol. It also discusses the importance of correcting for errors in the GPS measurements, such as atmospheric delays and satellite clock errors. (totally makes sense right!) The emphasis of the need for careful processing of raw GPS data to ensure accurate and reliable positioning, it makes sense:)
