I'm using CommaFeed[1], it's pretty much a simple Google Reader-like interface. It's a bit slow sometimes during heavy loads and needs better scaling.

The code is open source and available at Github[2].

Agreed. I use commenting/uncommenting a lot when debugging. This trick makes it easier.

You can go back to normal by clicking with the mouse, the more you click the brighter it gets.
