Thanks mrozbarry. I talked to my tech lead and he's open to the idea of me using some of my work time to upskill in a few areas, which takes some pressure off my personal time :)
Thanks matt_s. That's an interesting way of framing it. Since posting I've decided to let go of trying to keep up with everything and instead focus on improving my existing skills, which will actually be more beneficial to me and my team in the long run than having a basic understanding of everything out there.
