But with remote work there's going to be a lot of competition for jobs.
If you're a Software Developer here's a great course which helps you in your interview preparation.

I recently bought this course and have got offers from 4 Unicorns in India!
Since I loved this course, just wanted to share it with others in this community :)
So start building an email list. You own that list!
But having a good online presence will definitely help you build this faster.
I've had some success doing freelancing on Codementor.io after struggling to find clients for years on popular platforms.
I just want to help people get started with freelancing.
It's only the people who already have Medium's paid subscription are contributing to the revenue.
Honestly, on Medium I try to generate some revenue through paid traffic.
I don't see anything wrong with it.
On a different note, recently I was looking to learn AWS concepts through online courses. After so much of research I finally found this e-book on Gumroad which is written by Daniel Vassallo who has worked in AWS team for 10+ years. I found this e-book very helpful as a beginner.
This book covers most of the topics that you need to learn to get started:
If someone is interested, here is the link :)

Landr is a landing page creator which helps you create websites for your products in minutes.
With growing internet popularity everyone wants to have a digital presence and having a website for their product is a must before they launch. Through Landr, i'm trying to make it easy for everyone to create landing page websites for their products with ease. Landr is very different from the traditional website builders you see on the market today. All these website builders are mostly drag and drop solutions. Even though they provide you with all the tools needed to build websites, unfortunately not everyone is creative enough to build good websites using these tools. Landr solves this problem by providing users beautiful list of templates to choose from and not having to worry about customising them at all. Users just have to select a template, fill all the inputs needed for that template, check the live preview of their website with the current details and then just create it by the click of a button. It's that simple.
In the first version of the product I'm providing SaaS templates. In the next version the plan is to provide templates for other category of users like freelancers who want to showcase their skills, students who want to showcase their portfolio to everyone on the internet.
I hope Landr removes one more problem from this world.I'm happy to answer any question you guys have.

But my friend Adam Bader has been creating a video course on How to become a good Product Manager and it is almost done!
It's gonna be a video tutorial. I've see the content which is almost done and really loved how it's presented!
He will walk you through what he does in his day-to-day job, the fundamentals of product management, development, design, stakeholder management, user and market research, how to find and get your first PM job, as well as everything else you need to know.
I highly recommend buying this course: https://gumroad.com/a/84636787
Around two month back, I started following this person Daniel Vassallo who had quit his 500k job at Amazon in Feb 2019 as he had lost motivation at his job. Since then he has grown his twitter profile from 150 followers to 35k followers in little over an year.
It's amazing how one can influence people by providing valuable content on Social media. And in the process of creating content, you'll learn a lot yourself. Its unbelievable.
Daniel has a course on Gumroad where he explains how he was able achieve this by building his credibility.
I bought his course and absolutely loved it. After buying this course I've been a active content creator and I'am friends really great people.
I just wanted to share this with Hacker News community if someone is interested to grow their online presence as well.
Here's is the course link: https://gumroad.com/a/238777459/PBkrO
Follow this approach: -> demo - sell - build
And not: -> build - demo - sell
I bought this e-book recently on Gumroad and loved how it is right on point about how to strategically validate your business and generate sales before you even build it.
Here it is if someone is interested - https://gumroad.com/a/497906803
It provides so much value for the small price you have to pay. I highly recommend buying this book.
I bought a course on building Twitter audience and been able to improve my following significantly from past 2 months.

If someone is interested in learning all the AWS concepts, here's an awesome e-book which is written by the legend Daniel Vassallo himself.
You're right. I have got this feedback about the audio company several times after the launch.
I wanted to know if I can keep the same domain but rebrand with a different name? Would having a domain with landr in the domain name be a problem later?
I used Kinemaster. It's a mobile app.
I released Landr few days back on Product Hunt and it got really good response and reached top 5th product of the day - https://www.producthunt.com/posts/landr-3

I'm from India where engineers generally get paid less compared to engineers in the United States and many European Countries. Although I'm not looking for the same salary as that of an US engineer, I'm looking for a pay something close to that amount. Is this the reality today? How many companies pay remote workers regardless of their location?
