stgr_codes··on `satisfies` is my favorite TypeScript keyword (2024)
This article shows the kind of overthinking that I hate when it comes to typescript usage. This is also the reason why I'm falling in love with Go.

Don't get me started on how this is so unnecessary on the browser (so the utility on this kind of stuff is actually for library development; maybe).

Am I the only one that thinks that Typescript waste your time on minutia like this?

Really love how this project is evolving. It helps you write components with better accessibility without compromising maintainability (it actually improves it) and it's easy to customize.

Agree, if used with good sense then it's a really valid tool in the arsenal.

mm yes that could be tricky but it's a good feature indeed

I struggled a bit with the scaffolding indeed, there are a lot of divergent opinions out there in the golang community

no stochastic parrots :D (well, I did ask LLMs some questions about scaffolding and doubts when it comes to std lib, but I always double check their answers, so for me it's not that huge time saving)

stgr_codes··on AI coding made me faster, but I can't code to music anymore
I think that we should start to doubt the idea that "AI made people code faster", that's not the case for a lot of people, if you know the requisites and have an idea in mind music make you code faster because it help focus.

can you elaborate a bit on this please?

> "When I sit in a bus or in a cafe, I go through it and sort the new photos into folders."

Are you using the native application called "Files"? I tried to add photos to album via the GooglePhotos application but it will not create a new folder, right?

also this: > "web apps can use the File System Access API. This makes web apps first class productivity applications I can use to work on my local files."

Can you share which web apps are you using? Or do you create your own web apps to work on your local files?

Thanks in advance, I'm trying to improve the photo management on the pixel because I want to create a simple way to back them up on my NAS but I'm still struggling.

This is literally Typescript vibes all around... Awful dev experience, it's a fucking joke and people seem to like it...
