It's 100% public.

It's for sharing your activities (past, present, future) and learning about other user's activities.

(I know, I know the UIX design is horrible! I'm working on improving it!)

It's a fun way to "log" every activity that you do (eating, drinking, working, playing, ...).

You can also see the "history" of all of your activities (Past, Present and Future)
