Try to use a very simple product and then switch to a complex one, you'll hate the complex one.
Complex: A product which will attract the buyer on the paper. When you compare features it'll be always on the top.
So if there is a product with WOM involved simple will won in the long term otherwise end user will choose features over simplicity as they don't know whether it's stupidly simple of awesomely simple.
AFAIK also muslims prefer squating over sitting as it's the suggested practice, also they don't pee standing up (I think this is due to health reasons as well but can be about being clean, not sure).
I always prefer squating over sitting however when you get old generally you need to sit as squatting is literally requires effort, many elderly people sits due to this.
I can't imagine squating in a normal sit toilet, that's just dangerous.
"What's the avg. switch time?"
When can I get back to my speed of QWERTY, 3 days, 1 month?
I think that's exactly the reason, Mac market is much bigger than 3 years ago but we got at least 5 years more for a decent linux gaming market.
These small startups funded by their customers after 3 months to 1 year, after a year if they are not ramen profitable then it's generally end of the game. In the long term it gets bigger and in which case you are already big which means either someone is going to acquire you or you can fund yourself and keep getting bigger and bigger.
I understand that some startups need load of money and stuff but many don't.
It might be that author was trying to say "read different opinions", which makes sense. Which is way different than "read it all, don't cheerypick" advice
