Static Site Generators seem like a perfect fit.
So why aren't they listed as co-authors? :-)
Not a single resource or pointer mentioning "ethics"?

Modern Information Retrieval is also a classic reference. Not openly available but some contents are (were?) available online. Their site seems to be down but the Internet Archive has a copy.

Do you know any registrar that guarantees a final price of $10/year on registration and renovations?
This should be the goal of a non-profit organization like the ones I mentioned.
The idea here would be to have a price that is fixed, i.e. it would not change depending on business or commercial decisions.
Anybody has a good reference on this? Including managing teams from different backgrounds and details on documentation and artifacts that support web projects?
