Reddit and YIFY ones are defunct now. Sorry.
I am making a programming langauge and environment to address this. My target is to match the QBasic experience. A video screen capture of the old Paratrooper game running in the IDE..
Linux executable: https://sras.me/releases/spade.run
But it is not bare metal yet and it is not BASIC.
>You ever play SodaPlay?
Never heard until now. Looks interesting. Thanks for sharing, but is it available now?
You can fix the ends of the string by pressing space. When both ends are fixed, you can you can drag the beads and release them.
No big deal, but hey I was quite happy with myself back then..
https://hackage.haskell.org/package/spade
But it is not finished!
And read..
Not being able to run in the browser is a purposeful choice I made. I want the users to distance themselves from the browser (which I think is an abstraction that is best avoided in the context).
You can take a peek here [2] where you can see a video demo of the IDE loaded with the program for a partial clone of the paratrooper game.

I made this to solve it https://sras.me/accounts/
Feel free to use it as it stores data on your browser's local storage only. For syncing between devices, you would be able to use Google firebase's free tier and export your accounts (after compressing and encrypting) there and import from another device. Let me know if you want to try it..
Same story here. But not sure if yours had a backend. Mine did not have one and stored everything on the browser datastore, but could export it to some free json hosting service after encrypting and compression so that it can be synced to other devices and used from them as well.
Was not aware of anything that did the same, thought it would be useful (mostly because it would be totally free to use, could be accessed from multiple devices and respected user privacy) and shared here couple of days back.
Zero interest! Ha ha. At least I didn't spend a lot of resources on it and made it for my own use. It have been working well for me for many years.
I think one (uncomfortable) solution is this. Consumers should budget their expenses. So when the egg prices increase, they should consume less to maintain their budget for eggs, for example, a month.
This will mean that when the companies increases prices, more of their stock will remain unsold, increasing their expenses stocking them to go up. This could also cause disruptions on their supply chain. This should force them to reduce prices.
Surely he didn't mean all the people present there are paid. As far as I understand, when you want some initiate a political change, you pay influencers, and they actually go an convince/gaslight the masses about the need for change.
So all the people who were present there might not be paid, but a lot of prime movers and the require infrastructure might be paid by the interested party.
So this makes sense to me. Basically I think it is US that Russia sees as a threat (because may be US seen Russia as a major threat and wants to break it up).
I don't think this is very easy to answer. The fact that people think it should be very easy to answer this, shows how naive they are, because the reason why country x think country y is a threat could include a lot of information and context that is not available to an external observer.
Oh yea, here is one guy that does exactly that.

>Not for Crimea. Not for the Donbas. Nothing like that. This idea that Putin is reconstructing the Russian empire, this is childish propaganda. Excuse me.
>If anyone knows the day-to-day and year-to-year history, this is childish stuff. Childish stuff seems to work better than adult stuff. So no designs at all. The United States decided this man must be overthrown. It’s called a regime change operation.
Oh man, you should take a look at /r/worldnews, I mean, that really takes the prize when it comes to being a total delusional echo chamber.
This is a very naive take, I think. When you are responsible for the security of a nation, you can't just remain passive to the potential threats that shows up on your doorstep. I mean, it would be irresponsible his people if Putin did that and trusted NATO/US blindly to not cross the line, one way or another. (I mean, US could always make up some cooked up justification for the attack, like it has done so many times in the past), So if US is putting missiles near Russian border, even if that is on behalf of NATO, I think Putin is bound to do something about it..
I don't understand what part of that is "Russian propoganda"..
May be he is/was worried about USA
So what I am trying to say is that may be some people are acting from this point of view (which makes a lot of sense to me, if you are realistic), and is actually not unsympathetic to Ukraine.
Would you still support to fund this and make this conflict go on and on, possibly until someone becomes so desperate that they do something stupid?
But would you like your president to make that decision for you? Would it be okay with it you if they asked you to sacrifice like 60% of your pay towards this cause, that too indefinitely?
No no, that is not what is being said here. To match with it, the poll should ask if they would like someone like Trump to be their leader, not if Trump in US would be bad for their country.
How is this measured actually? By what the media and public institutions say?
Is there poll targeted at the common working man that says the same? I highly doubts so.
