That said, it can still be fussy with many scenes.
Besides the UX issue of not being able to return from an empty grammar, a few small things I've noticed: * Is there a reason for leaving empty padding around the bounds of the generated PNG's * Vector export doesn't seem to work (I tried by having it set as the only selection as well as having it in addition to the PNG option)

The fact that Microsoft took the bait of buying into the size of the store rather than going for a curatorial approach is their own doing. Laying blame on anyone but their own decision makers for the quality of their app store doesn't make any sense.
Creativity != originality. Its been pointed out elsewhere in the thread, but plenty of Disney's works are not original. That doesn't detract from the quality of the work or the creativity involved in adapting the story.
What you argue for with indefinite control is building on someone else's work and then being allowed to say "OK, I have the final say. No more is to be done on this line."
> Alternatively, some kind of wifi/3g blocker or jammer, could be the answer.
I know that in much of the US these devices are illegal, wouldn't be surprised about other places.
NYU-Poly has another incubator spot further up Jay St in DUMBO as well, looks like a nice space from the 15 minutes I've spent inside.
-- What are we doing? --
We're making a beautiful visual publishing platform enabling people to always have their content look its best. In the month since release we've been featured twice by Apple (Best New Apps and Apps for Friday Night) and have gotten an extremely positive reception.
-- Where do I fit in? --
We're looking for someone sharp to become the second member of our backend team, primarily in a DevOps role. Having a working knowledge of AWS, Chef, and Postgres is a must. Experience with Cassandra and Java on top of that is even better.
We're also looking for web developers fluent in Backbone (or similar) who is up to the task of spearheading our web efforts as well as UI/UX designers who can help to fill out ideas (Objective-C experience a definite plus here)
Beyond the technical specifics, if you're the type who is always learning something new and takes pride in their work, we want to talk to you.
-- What else should I know? --
We're based in DUMBO and would love to meet you! We're a diverse bunch. Members of the team have worked done everything from award-winning video game music to live visuals to open source game engines to being a professional chef.
We'd prefer local to NYC but would by no means discount someone remote with the right stuff. If this sounds interesting, please drop us a line. We'd love to meet and buy you a cup of coffee.

Though this distinction is one of the things brought up in that email, that hg treats it all as one history. That is kind of nice.
But where are you going to find a $300 pool table? That seems absurdly cheap :)
Kind of a moot point since they were using MariaDB anyway, but the MySQL geospatial functionality hasn't gotten much attention in a long time. I remember quite distinctly hearing at the MySQL BoF at OSCON 2011 that the original author of the MySQL geospatial stuff was gone from Oracle. I find it hard to believe that they haven't picked up anyone to continue development on that but when you compare features with PostGIS, there's almost no point in even trying to compete.
