Wife is from Philippines living in Denmark and we had to go to Jordan, Aqaba. Your page will say I need Visa which is true but it’s given on arrival because of the entry point. Wife is another matter, she has to get it in the Jordanian embassy in Berlin as Denmark only has a consulate. The Jordanian webpage information has not been updated for ages and is wrong. The embassy is somewhat helpful but it took me several calls to figure out how to do the return postage for the passport as danish mail had discontinued this product a year earlier. Also first thing wife will usually do is google visa <country> and end up on a advertisement with a high premium on the visa and a crazy fee when you realize the mistake and try and cancel. Would be great with a place to get a quick overview of the normal price and a place to comment and discuss the challenges you sometimes run into.
A lot of the current services and data will stay as is for now but new needs to be created on the basis of this mess. So one thing that would be of benefit is to create this uniform interface towards a lot of different things while adding access control, Security and such in a consistent manner. Graphql being one of the things Im looking at but also data virtualization solutions like denodo or Redhat and stuff like neo4j+Graphql seems interresting. Atleast its my initial thought that it would shorten the development cycle if all data could be found one place and acccessed the same way rather than now where people spend months just analyzing Where to find and connect to it. Hoping someone had experience with some of the techniques and Can say somehing thats more than marketing you read at a vendor site.
Im loving it, i analyze and fix issues across a lot of platforms and languages and for me java is probably the least troublesome of them all. you will see a lot of good practices and standards established that when trouble hits which i find rarer in java its usally also easy to deal with. Not gonna mention other names but i find the practices and maturity of a lot of more hip languages lacking a lot still.
You can abuse most things. Ive seen the same with people spending too much time online in strange communities without the drugs.
But sure psykedelics breaks down ego and does other changes that from the outside might Seem a little wierd... but at the same time i see most people not being very charismatic and Im a firm believer the world would be a better place if everyone tried it atleast once. I had multiple bad trips on mushrooms where Strange thoughts would enter my mind.. usally happend the second day if i did it again or when i did too little. Also with too little lsd it just gives you time to Think and feel yourself rather than enough and be sweept away by it. Did Perhaps shrooms 50x. Both have a Quick onset... id say a rocket. With changa eg + hamalas its more slow onset but more powerfull. Someone described 5-meo-dmt to me as power/maskoline and changa as love/feminine and i have the same feeling about it.
His explanation sounds more like Changa than 5-meo-dmt... i never had it last as long as he describes or seen others and Ive Been assistent with hundreds of trips . Only changa would last 45min to a little over an hour. Pure DMT and 5-meo-dmt perhaps 25 min if lucky.
Said this for years nothing is as powerfull as dmt/hamalas .. I’ve seen a dusin times how it changed the life of someone myself included with a single trip you could live on it for years.
Yes I read that happening too temporarily but I was kinda desperate and it got me out of a bad loop and into healthier living and better sleep which took the stress and the tinnitus with it.

In Denmark I recently saw a discussion between politicians and the just resigned head doctor of a major hospital where he said he no longer could bear the responsibility of “optimizing” and that there was not enough money in the coming years no mattter how much money the politicians were promising in their soon to be election campaigning.. and his belief was we had to decide what we can afford as a country in regard to medicine. It would make sense. Taking on good groups was nessasary to build a good rated site but it was up to the groups to hand out the slots and you never knew who you were really dealing with. It could be FBI or some hacker. There was however scriptet ftp clients but even though they were known many places had a ban on them and did a client not obey site rules then too many nukes or banned content would get them kicked off sites.
What it doesnt explain is that this was very hard work to be eg a trader for top sites near impossible to even get access to one. You would work 8-16 hours a day to always be ready for a release and then when a release hit your Heartrate would double as you rushed to transfer files to the sites the allowed it All of Whom had hundreds of rules and Which you had to know by heart as the races on the Best sites were over in less than a minute and you would be lucky to transfer 5x15mb rar. 20-30 times a day you would have this short but intense moment. If your group dident perform Well it would be changed for another as top groups were rated against eachother. It became an addiction. Getting into building sites was much better for my health.

I have No idea how it is today but back then it was pretty organised. We would have people funding eg a university apartment and servers and paying for eg 10x100mbit we would Bond or Having direct access to oc connections just so they could get leech.
This was for fxp sites. I was a mod on a fxp board. We would make locked directories eg with deep paths and Lots of Whitespace that ftp clients couldent handle easy and Hence not Enter without knowing the tricks. Also using reserved Windows names like aux would prevent owner to delete or even crash his server trying anything. Later came tricks like undeletable files as different sites would fight over the same ftps. I did however find a way to make the undeletable files 0 bytes to reclaim space. Later we just started to hack servers and install our own protecteed ftp server but by that time i has moved into the Real scene and running multi TB top rated sites in unis in US, netherlands and Korea with affiliation to top traders and release groups. Thats how my programming interrest started being the guy who set up glftpd servers and bots for IRC. After a few big FBI operations in 99 and 2001 i had enough excitement and left the scene.

Only person i ever had difficulties with would ask me to explain him something then cut me off mid sentence, come up with some wrong assumptions and critize and then not let you explain why his concerns were wrong before he got into some defensive mode and stop the conversation with either that he dident want to discuss about it or dident care about it.... really fustrating. Often it would be solving Exactly What he was concerned about but it just never came to a full sentence before he turned it to some kind of hostility or other times it was just done another way that he wasent used to or dident see the full picture.
