shry4ns··on Arena Commerce AI
@dang So sorry but I meant for this to be a ShowHN. Could you help make this one please? Thanks so much!
shry4ns··on Arena Commerce AI
Hi there! I'm the Product lead at Arena, building tools for audience engagement for publishers and e-commerce businesses.

We just released "Arena Commerce AI", a tool for e-commerce and publishers to provide personalized recommendations to their catalog to their website visitors. If you're interested in using or have feedback about the product, I'd love to chat! Thanks so much HN! :-)

shry4ns··on Ask HN: Who wants to collaborate?
Hey! I'm a Product Manager with some web dev and data science skills. Would love to connect and see if there's something we can work on together :)
shry4ns··on Mortgages are a manufactured product
This is more of a tangential comment, but I absolutely love patio11's blog. As someone who is generally interested in fintech and financial services but does not have the time to read deeply into it, this blog is a treasure mine.
shry4ns··on Ask HN: Who wants to collaborate?
Love this thread! I'm a PM at FAANG but I graduated this year with a CS degree and have web dev/ML skills. Would love to collaborate with people looking to build climate tech software (I have a few ideas of my own), but am open to all ideas. Ideally looking for tech co-founders, but would love to chat with anyone interested. My email is in my bio.
shry4ns··on Tell HN: Amplitude (YC W12) just went public – AMA
Congrats Spenser! Just curious to hear -- what do you expect to be the biggest differences in your role as CEO pre and post IPO?
shry4ns··on Launch HN: Senpai.gg (YC S21) – Personal gaming coach for PC gamers
Please launch this for COD!
shry4ns··on Wealthy people are renouncing American citizenship
Noob question -- what do you mean by harmonization trends in the EU? I couldn't quite understand from a google search or maybe even what exactly to search for.
shry4ns··on Show HN: Alias – Google Alerts for your favorite people
Can't wait for this to take off!
shry4ns··on Show HN: Google Alerts for your favorite people
This is super cool! Wish I’d had it all these years that I wasted browsing different platforms for their content
shry4ns··on Ask HN: Name one idea that changed your life
Underrated comment. Bojack Horseman is one of the best shows out there :)
shry4ns··on Going Critical
Great, great article. Very informative and interactive. I loved learning about networks, and everything made sense to me intuitively!
shry4ns··on Status.github.com: “We're failing over a data storage system”
I don't know if someone's mentioned it yet but TravisCI is also not running on the commits that do show up on git, in Houston
shry4ns··on SoftBank Gives Startups Billions of Reasons to Hold Off IPOs
I think it's setting a very dangerous precedent. A lot of startups may be overvalued because of these massive investments
shry4ns··on YC’s 2018 Summer Reading List
I loved Octavia Butler's Kindred. More than the science fiction, its cultural importance cannot be emphasized enough.
shry4ns··on Ask HN: Why are we still not able to debug our bodies?
Is very hard to implement the ideas. It’s certainly doable, but mostly cost issues create an economic barrier. In some cases, it might not be scientifically feasible. Don’t let that deter you though!
shry4ns··on Practical homomorphic encryption over integers (2017)
What exactly is homomorphic encryption?
shry4ns··on Librarians respond to suggestion Amazon should replace libraries
I didn't like the original Forbes article at all. Libraries have always been self sustaining, and are responsible for building communities.
shry4ns··on Can Bitcoin Become the Global Monetary Standard?
Nope.
shry4ns··on Reversing cause and effect is no trouble for quantum computers
Well put. QM allowing retrocausality has been long known.
shry4ns··on Lyft scrambling to reinforce background checks after driver rapes 4 women in SF
Its a pervasive problem with every ride hailing company-- there are not enough measures to prevent bad individuals working for the company.
shry4ns··on Ask HN: 2018 Summer Reading List?
The Intelligent Investor by Benjamin Graham is an all time classic and I loved reading the book
