That is why this type of work will not go away.
And AI is just not good enough to do this, I fully agree.
But I don't see how that can be changed, having them ride on the street along with cars is not a good solution.
Which begs the question: How are self driving cars ever going to be mainstream?
The ethical issues when a driverless car kills someone cannot be solved in a reasonable way.
The question is which city/country will be the first to implement roads for driverless cars only ?
I guess it is to be expected from a person whose power is threatened by people like Assange.
At least the PM seems like a more sensible person.
I think the waste in D4 is that there is very little replay value, only the long grind or Seasons.
But starting over and over has very little appeal, so that leaves only one option: New content released regularly.
Which sadly is not planned for D4.
In the great scheme of things, 40 F-16s, 79 modernization kits for existing F-16 and four Gripen is a small price to pay.
I enjoy both HN and other community sites, both are great ways to communicate.
I don't get this us vs them mentality, but perhaps that is an American thing. Whatever it is, it is silly.

I also think the weight for EV cars should be lowered, considering the better acceleration that EVs have.
Perhaps that will come later.
I wonder what made the Parisians choose 2 tonnes, lowering the limit could certainly be justified.
The Model 3 and Y weigh twice that of my current drive, which is quite the difference.
The Tesla model 3 is right on that limit with 1.980 Kg, whereas the model Y weighs 2.4 tonnes.
In Denmark the model Y is by far the most sold car in 2023, with 1 out of every 10 cars being a model Y.
So I think it will be an uphill battle to enact the same law in Denmark.
Anything else is just wasting time.
For larger enterprises it is unlikely that this amount of data will be allowed to be sent for CoPilot processing.
The overarching question is: Do you want to transfer this much control over your data to a single entity ?
Too bad Dropbox does not see it that way.
I guess we now see the true colors of FIFA, not withstanding the FIFA president who feels like a gay person.
Would be interesting to see him actually carry that out in public in Qatar.

That is what Denmark is trying to find out:

The performance difference was night and day.
The biggest issue with PowerShell is that PowerShell Core is not yet default on Windows 10/11 and Windows Server. That should be Microsofts highest priority for PowerShell.
Kudos for nicely put tips that are easy to follow and understand.
It would be far healthier for discussions to separate skeptics and obviously crazy or idiotic. Those are two very different groups.
It's worth remembering the definition of skeptic as stated here:
https://www.dictionary.com/browse/skeptic
"a person who questions the validity or authenticity of something purporting to be factual.".
But COVID discussions tend to be extremely black and white, with no place for a middle ground.
The comment about skeptics serves only to keep that black and white picture, which is one reason for downvoting.
