So, I'm happy you did read the samples :) Is the content good?

WRT the 3rd article, - Did the conversation happen? YES - Is it paraphrased? YES (what conversation isn't when you pen it on a piece of a paper?) - Could we have done better at paraphrasing the conversation? YES (the fact that you found it fake)

Can we write deeply technical pieces: Some YES.

Can we discuss more on it over email. I can reach you at?

I'm at shalin AT springzo

Hey Guys. Shalin here. I have taken live the new website for Springzo. In its earlier avatar, Springzo was your typical Content Marketing Agency - helping brands with their content marketing strategy, content development and its distribution.

Springzo has been that lifeboat when you fail at your venture-funded startup. My mind starts racing when I think of those tough times - investing all of the savings in the startup, raising venture money, product getting good traction but business model doesn't, the decision to throw in the towel. And the very next day, you don't know what to work on now (they say, you are always smarter in hindsight).

That was the time when I launched Springzo on the back of a typical agency model - it gave me an opportunity to work with several dozen brands, build a great team, put my finances back in order and know what we're really good at.

I think it's time to let Springzo evolve in to an offering that brands appreciate the most when they work with us - our content.

I have taken live the new website for Springzo as a productized content service.

Do let me know your thoughts on the homepage. If you have any questions on the offering or want to give it a spin, feel free to ping me.

Ever heard of something called "constructive feedback"? You might want to give it try. I hear it works :)

Thanks for the kind words. Yep, the guide did take a hell lot of time :) 7k words and there are still a lot of improvements to be done in it.

The keyword difficulty that Keyword Planner shows refers more to Adwords Competition. But yeah. It's definitely an indicator of how competitive the organic positions would be.

And yep.. You are so correct. It takes times for organic traffic to pick up.

Apologies for a delayed reply. I thought the post just bombed and no one cared about it. Elated to see the first comment :)

> Writing for established companies?

Have already started approaching some companies, for now startups that I felt would be looking for a service like this and have budgets towards ongoing content development.

shalintj··on Show HN: Gmelius – No Ads and Better User Interface for Gmail
I've always loved the idea of making Email better vis-a-vis the hyped rants of replacing Email. Sorry! Email is going no where and neither do existing email services & mail clients completely suck at managing email. Yes, there are some gaps in them and that's what we should try to solve. The whole approach of solving the problems with existing email services & clients vis-a-vis the idea of completely replacing it.

We built MetisMe around this philosophy of making it very easy to search and share attachments inside Email. www.metisme.com .

The next thing that we're targeting upon is can we give more context to the content which is already there inside Email.

shalintj··on [Show HN] Look Gmail! MetisMe makes it super easy to search & share attachments
Yes.. We're preparing for a launch in the next 2 weeks...

Many thanks...

shalintj··on Show HN: Debuggify – Advanced error analytics for modern Javascript applications
This will definitely a relief for a product like ours - one of the modules of our product works inside Gmail...
shalintj··on Google Reader stops updating private feeds
I have been a regular user of Google Reader and love it... However, I've noticed in the last couple of months that every now and then, there are some hitches - either new feeds are not shown or the site suddenly slows down like anything... On doing some quick search Google, I realise it's not just me.. Time to move to other service I guess...

Would love to read some case studies around it... URLs?
shalintj··on 99tests launches $99 demo pricing for developers
The new plans are quite affordable, esp for startups like ours...
shalintj··on Show HN: Papyrus,a simple way to create ebooks
Tried creating an ebook out of some of my old blog posts. Import from URL feature is pretty cool. Loved it. The frictionless way to try the app is also great. Bookmarking the site. Can I import a couple of my Dropbox docs directly?

This is so cool.. Using it... loving it... Thanks guys...
shalintj··on Startup idea: short, paid email
Hi Diego... Yes, heavy inflow of emails is a great problem to solve... Also because this problem gives birth to another bigger problem - the problem of managing email inboxes effectively and locating and retrieving information from email. Though a raw thought and suggested by the likes of Michael Arrington and many other known Silicon Valley faces, I don't think charging senders for emails will ever gonna work. I wrote a pretty long post on the same last month when I started out to work on MetisMe... http://j.mp/problemwithemail
shalintj··on Dear Programmer, I have an idea
There's one more thing I would like to add. Apologies if it's already discussed... Non-techie guys with ideas should not think that by offering nice stock options/equity to a techie, they can get them on board.. A simple thought - there's no value of your equity.. So, do not make the mistake of thinking that you're obliging the techie by offering him/her a considerable stake in your idea/company...
