A new MacBook Pro with M1X will come out this fall according to credible sources.
Are you also in favour of outlawing Tor, E2EE, HTTPS? I am always surprised that some people want privacy outlawed.

Apple does not track you across other companies' apps and websites so I don't see how this is related. Facebook can still do personalized ads even if you click on "ask app not to track".

The desktop Hackintosh most likely has way more cores, expecting the low power M1 to beat it is unrealistic.
More pro machines (e.g. 16" MBP) will probably get announced Q1 - Q2 2021. These will also have more available RAM, support more displays, etc.)
The 4 port 13" MBP will most likely get upgraded early next year and also support more RAM. Apple did announce the transition will take them two years, not sure why people are surprised that their high end hardware is not updated yet on day one.
