Be careful of Android boxes for the TV that are only running plain Android or AOSP. Get one with AndroidTV or GoogleTV, blessed by Google. I personaly use an Onn Box 4K from Walmart.

Unfortunately, T-Mobile USA no longer works on it, the band it used was refarmed to 5G and the Hisense A9 is 4G only. Now I use it wifi only. I hear the latest Bigme Hibreak eink phone still gets some USA LTE reception though.

I think an eink phone running full android is the perfect compromise between a dumb phone and a smartphone. Shame the light phone is losing the eink screen.

I agree, my test score enabled me to get into a much better school than expected. All I did was borrow a test practice book from the library, take a few practice exams improving my score each time, and getting an even better score on the real one.

Try the newer kindles, they have an alternative page turn animation that's a wipe instead of a flash.

Well, it's one thing to make an ereader. It's an entirely other thing to make a smartphone. It's not trivial, that's why Onyx released a phone-sized reader instead of a phone.

Hisense made color e-ink smartphones but they didn't make a color model of their latest Hisense A9.

I love Trader's Joe's chili onion crunch.

Overcast has the best audio quality. Volume normalization so all voices are the same volume and smart speed to shorten silences but still sounding natural is amazing.

Antennapod and pocket casts implementations of those features aren't good enough.

That's honestly a compelling price point. I got an M2 mini for $499.
