> Since Greenpeace does not accept government support, individual donations are of paramount importance in the fight for pollution control, nuclear arms control and wildlife protection. > Bitcoin and Greenpeace go together as a terrific pair, with a similar goal
In the end the guy who considers himself a hipster engineer wrapped the stuff into if statement:
clearMenus()
if (!isActive) $parent.toggleClass('open')
Furthermore he twitted that "The only reason I [fat] don't use semicolons is to troll people.""It's too early to monetize, but when we do, it will probably be through ads or affiliate programs.
I think that not charging a house take will have a positive effect on the quality of the site. Most sites do have a house take and that creates an incentive for them to be very pushy about driving bets. It's annoying and distracting. It's like being in a real casino!"
Does anyone here have any feedback for me on this Google Maps Mashup?
Poor article. Haven't these already been proven?
"chances of getting our money back are still extremely slim"
Just last week when the price of BTC was lower than what I had sold mt BTC for, I asked them to cancel the withdrawal and credit my account. I then proceeded to purchase back more BTC than I had sold originally over 4 months ago.
Unfortunately my BTC is still held hostage until they reinstate BTC withdrawals but their support has confirmed that I will be able to withdraw my BTC.
1. Do the attackers (users who abuse this), modify all transactions they see or do they target those transactions that only involve their wallet?
2. Even given the relative ease an attacker would have with modifying a transaction, that transaction still needs to be accepted by the majority otherwise their modification is ignored. So given 2 transactions for the same bitcoin transfer, I would guess that 50% of the time their transaction is accepted. I guess that the attacker could modify the transaction, for example, 4 times and then it's an 80% chance that one of their modification is accepted (4 out of 5). Do I have that right?
This was a good article, I enjoyed it's breakdown with examples.
Unless, can you think of a Bitcoin related non-physical item that is NOT a currency exchange?
By the way, my post title was changed by someone else. Paypal is NOT banning anything Bitcoin related, they are only banning Bitcoin exchanges for fiat currencies.
Vires in Numeris! Long live Bitcoin!
I don't think you should be allowing the Doge Client to run in public networks. Am I wrong?
Merrill Lynch appraised it at $1300: http://www.ibtimes.com/bitcoin-worth-1300-merrill-lynchs-cas...
I agree with you about no government being able to ban bitcoin. It's unstoppable.
