I want larger monitors, laptops, tablets and phones because I can't f**ing see well. Book reading is a real strain on small screens.

You can use this fact to see deleted messages on whatsapp. Just enable the notificaion history and Now whenver someones sends you somethign regrettable and deletes it you can still see it in notif history. The reason you need the notif history is whatsapp actually live wipes the notifictions for deleted messages.

I promised my classmates I would make a tool that would produce step by step soltuoins with diagarms and eventually made a really hacky one. I didnt have much experience at the time so failed to find a premade solution.

You simply do not own any peice of land at all. The state owns all the land. You simply lease it.

There are UI kits that have lots and lots of elements and then each element has lots and lots of properties to tweak. I have to either guess the correct term or go through dozens of exmaples for the desired behavior. AI has saved me a lot of time in this regard. It is basically a "full text search" but far better than whatever the docs websites have built in.

This is true for producing the documentation but if there is an LLM that can take said documentation and answer questions about it is a great tool. I think I get the answer far quicker with LLM than sifting through documentation when looking for existence of a function in a library or a property on an object.

Animal's intelligence is often underrated. We used to keep goats which many wont consider problem sovlers. They had learned to open gate bolts with their mouths. The bolts I am talking about have a handle and a rod. the handle needs to be rotated then the bolt can be slided out while keeping the handle in the rotated state.

If market needs it people will develop ways to pass AI generated through the camera circuitry.

Adding to your point. Why arent we saying that the "noraml" people are the ones bad at interacting with neurodivergents. Their supposed social skills are so limited that they can only work with people who act and behave like them.

Human brain has been developing over millenia. machines start from zero. What if this few example learning is just an emergent capbaility of any "leanring function" given enough compute and training.

I think there is a critical aspect of human visual learning which machine leanring cant replicate because it is prohibitively expensive. When we look at things as children we are not just looking at a single snapshot. When you stare at an object for a few seconds you have practically injested hundreds of slightly variated images of that object. This gets even more interesting when you take into account real world is moving all the time, so you are seeing so many things from so many angles. This is simply undoable with compute.

Before I could afford apple products, from afar everything apple looked amazing but after using them I found out, Apple UI is just pretty and only slightly more polished than Windows.

- I can't tell if my macbook is charging or not while the lid is closed. There is no light indicator - minimize/maximize buttons are very small given that I am using a the touchpad. I am not saying they are unsuably small but far from ideal. - If I fully deplete the battery. I cannot immediatly turn it on with adapter's power. Why? Every windows laptop can be run with adapter even with a dead battery.

I like linux and I know its not exactly polished but it offers something as a trade off which neither MacOS nor Windows do.

I have my personal multimodal benchmark for physical robots.

You put a keyring with bunch of different keys in front of a robot and then instruct it pick it up and open a lock while you are describing which key is the correct one. Something like "Use the key with black plastic head and you need to put it in teeths facing down"

I have low hopes of this being possibe in the next 20 years. I hope I am still alive to witness if it ever happens.
