Grok wrote the code for the game, it used Croquet to add multiplayer, then Bolt debugged, refined and deployed the game to Netlify.
sahawneh··on Ask HN: How do I become a MMO netcode programmer?
The Croquet SDK might interest you. https://croquet.io/sdk/docs/
sahawneh··on Come I can never be that good at anything
Bill Gates recently said we need a hundred Elon Musks to combat climate change (which infers that we may need even hundreds more Elons to combat all the other problems in the world.)

One way to interpret what Bill is trying to say, is that we don't have enough ambitious people in the world like Elon Musk.

If Bill knew "a hundred Elon Musks," he might have not made that statement.

Another way to interpret what Bill is trying to say - and I think this is the more interesting interpretation - is that he is inviting you to become one of the next hundred Elon Musks.

Croquet | Customer Support Engineer | Downtown Los Angeles | Full-Time

Croquet is an SDK that lets you turn any webpage into a real-time shared computer, without having to set up any servers. No matter the complexity of the simulation, every action is bit-identically replicated across all devices. Invite anyone to your shared session with a URL or QR code.

Alan Kay, the father of the personal computer, is a Croquet advisor.

sahawneh··on Show HN: Register for Dust's 48-Hour MVP Hackathon on October 18
What we're trying to do at Dust is help non-technical founders "buy" and MVP. Of course it would be great if they end up iterating with the same developer and hopefully end up as co-founders, but it's difficult at this stage to split IP, especially if they haven't had that discussion. But you have a valid point and hopefully we will be able to come up with new ways to help permanent teams come to life through Dust. We'll make mistakes along the way, but we'll get there.
sahawneh··on Show HN: Register for Dust's 48-Hour MVP Hackathon on October 18
How can we fix that?

Nice catch.
sahawneh··on Ask HN: Who is hiring? (October 2017)
If you're a developer who wants to connect with non-technical founders, try out www.dusthq.com. We launched our MVP earlier today.

The problem we're solving is explained here www.dusthq.com, and the image on the site is what we think the MVP should look like, but we're not sure.
sahawneh··on Show HN: How Non-Technical Solo Founders Can Launch Their Startup Alone
Great idea, what sites would you suggest?
sahawneh··on Show HN: Perfectionism Will Kill Your Startup
The landing page is our first iteration. We built it, wrote a few blog posts and put our product on a few sites like Product Hunt and Beta List. And from the few dozen folks who signed up, we found a developer who is going to build our next iteration. So we were our own first client. We'll listen to the market and adjust as we go.
sahawneh··on Show HN: Meet developers who can build an MVP in a few days
Yes, and you will know whether you should spend a few more hundred dollars to build the next iteration. MVP means different things to different people, but founders should always build the absolute minimum they can in the beginning.
sahawneh··on Show HN: A new marketplace for developers
There's a slice of the market around the world that charges $15 - $20 an hour and is just as ambitious as you are. In 20 - 30 hours of work, you can build a pretty decent MVP that is enough to test out your idea.

Luck favors those who have tried enough times.
sahawneh··on 10-Time YC Applicant Looking for Co-Founders to Apply With
Boom, who are building supersonic airplanes, also got funded by YC without a prototype, just the same as many other startups. Don't be discouraged from applying just because you don't have a product yet. Many prototypes can be built in a day.
sahawneh··on 10-Time YC Applicant Looking for Co-Founders to Apply With
We have one too.
sahawneh··on 10-Time YC Applicant Looking for Co-Founders to Apply With
You'd be harming yourself and the startup by doing that. Split equity equally amongst the co-founders if you want to have the best chance at getting to $1 billion.
