Some of that supoort wasnt present.
Putting adhd or depressed people in a paradise situation does not make them not adhd or depressed.
Ive lived in a few different countries. Societies that dont label or believe in psychology just outcast the mentally ill as weirdos and encourage them to drink away their troubles.
Let me give you some old man advice. Untreated adhd feels sutble to the person but its not subtle to everyone around you. You think your calm but come off like a zany, pacing autistic person or incredibly anxious. Alcohol and drugs can make you even more spazzy or impulsive.
Dont believe me? Go ask friends and coworkers how you come off. Your going to be shocked, trust me.
Every adhd person i met who told me what you just said was a spazzy mess or incredibly rigid/disciplined/control freak to counter act the adhd.
They were rarely away how much of a spazz we come off as even with treatment.
There is also a sketchy panda reserve that will let you hold a baby panda
Heck rush hour 1-3 probably paid off that jet easily
They had a housing shortage for the past few years and removed a lot of restrictions. Recently they actually overbuilt despite a shortage of skilled construction workers.
You can build hella fast when the demand is there and the government wants buildings fast. We're talking skyscrapers in 12-14 months.
Are these sub $2k places across from a public housing complex, rat infested, or just scam listings that magically have a new price once you call>?
A big factor in the USA that we only have a few major cities with a built up core like New York.
We have many major cities built like LA or Houston where it's spread out and makes public transport less of a priority.
It's called Adobe Muse.
Demand is still high as ever.
In Vietnam and Afghanistan they had weapons being sent to them including stuff like artillery and mortars.
A bunch of militia with store bought guns(many pistols or hunting rifles) doesn't really compare to guys supplied with full automatics and RPGs.
2 massive hotels went up downtown and another third is coming online soon.
Sank my new years and March madness profits.... It was a good run.
I've tried many airlines for work...service is fine. If your expecting 1950s level service you can pay 1950s pricing for business class.
The movement away from cities had a lot of reasons that have been solved(jobs came back, riots, red lining, less pollution, less crime) so I'd say the cultural shift was justified to return.
Commuting sucks too.
Imagine if Motorola was first to have a major smart phone get popular like the razr instead of Apple.
Seatlle has amazon and microsoft.....chicago has nothing comparable I think.
Reason?
Outdated zoning laws and hotels were slow to catch up with the tourist industry.
It was crazy watching my nearby competitors(the major hotels) adjust prices like the stock market.....
$1800 a night for the last suite at the sheraton up from $250-500 normally. Bonoroo and Country Music festival held the same week is what I called "Second christmas".
Then again, canadian salaries are lower and exchange rates are a factor.
Since investors can't as easily build new housing, they invest in existing ones as speculation.
If the demand is there, the skies should be filled with construction cranes and new tech investment in building cheaper, faster, etc.
Instead we slap protectionism on it so everybody fights over a smaller piece of the real estate pie.
In a truly fair market, the new tech class buys newer, larger homes or apartments while the hair dresser buys their old starter home or bachelor pad.
