"Oh, me?! No, I just built the Jew inventory for the Nazi death camps, loyal to my American company!"
Ah! Maybe they went to a priest to confess, and got absolved. All fine then. Nothing to see here.
Like, one, or two.
For example, I do not need stimulants like coffee or sugar drinks to get through my days.
I do not track my sleeping hours. I guess it started in school, where I always stayed up way too late, so I used an afternoon sleep to catch up. I continued like that.
I despise alarm clocks, I think it goes against natural sleep rhythm and is bad for mental and physical health. We should ban them in civilized societies. I see it as one of the biggest luxuries of my life that I only have to use them on very limited occasions.
I also never grasped the concept of "every Monday at 10 am, you have to be willing and able to work". I don't understand how that can be done without messing you up after a few years.
I made it a necessity to only work jobs where I can decide on my hours with sufficient flexibility. Some weeks I work 80 hours if I feel it, some weeks I work only 10 if I don't. I co-founded a couple of projects, rarely had a boss to report to, and if I did, they cared about results and not when.
People are always more than happy with my 'productivity' and amazed at my flexibility. For clients/business partners, I actually seem to be available more often in terms of time slots than others with fixed "day" hours. I also mostly work(ed) in international teams, so people are all over the place in terms of timezone anyway (and a few at a time traveling around to conferences etc).
In my relationships, we either cuddle and I stay around until my partner sleeps and I quietly get up again to enjoy the quiet late hours (some of the best productivity, if I feel it!) and then come back later, or I sleep for a few hours next to them, and wake up early. I can then use early quiet hours for myself or for work, and then without stress prepare our breakfast. My second sleep shift is flexible, sometimes as early as 8 or 9 am, sometimes as late as 4pm - but usually within a certain more limited range for some months at a time. As long as I feel it.
I actually consider this to be "normal/natural", and what most other people seem to be doing "wild". :)
Is it? Where do you get that from?
I remember the NASA doing extensive sleep studies, determining that the optimal pattern would consist of basically "naps only"?
I've been sleeping my adult life in usually 2x3-4h "shifts", which I also remember reading is a historically often used pattern. I do not see any negative effects.

I know a few 'filthy rich' people and some of them don't even own any TV or projector, because they're totally content with a laptop screen and don't want their kids to be exposed to TVs. You will not see their wealth unless you know where to look.
Once people have money, most of them begin to think about what actually serves them and what doesn't; if you can afford anything you want, you usually become more humble and selective. There's simply no point in owning things for the sake of owning them any more. Displaying your wealth usually has far more downsides than upsides. What we see is the outliers.
How else are we supposed to learn from each other, voice our opinions, point out our mistakes to each other? For me, this is communication. And currently 8 upvotes seem to agree with me and my request. Feel free to ignore it, or consider it, for your own use of language. But, sorry, to me, you're the one acting like a jerk and trying to "police", not me.
Please, for the sake of everyone suffering from actual PTSD: Don't. It's hard enough already for victims to communicate what difficulties they are facing without people watering down terminology like that.
"the Army took no action to address the string of female soldiers attacked in their barracks"
"Between 2021 and 2023, the Army recorded a total of 16 homicides among active-duty women, Hagan told The Intercept. The data provided to The Intercept for its FOIA request counts only nine.[…] If the same pattern of undercounting extends across the full 14-year span of our data, the true toll could be substantially higher."
"Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth eliminated the Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Services. It had existed for nearly 75 years, focusing on issues including sexual harassment and assault."
"A Project on Government Oversight investigation revealed thousands of abuse cases involving Army personnel were mishandled, many never entered into tracking systems. Investigators could only look at 10 out of more than 60 Army installations."
Just one year
It would be AMAZING
I understand how comments like yours and other sibling comments will generate feelings of being treated unfairly: We do not choose our birth country. We do not know the individual's actions, we do not know their political stance, and it is not racist but still discriminatory to use their nationality against them. They're already punished enough by being associated with their government. That's at least how I see it.
Then again, it is probably due to EU wide legislation, so not something Estonia can do much about even if they wanted to. I hope they find emotional support to detach their individuality from how Russians (and Ukrainians!) are treated in general in the current dynamics. It's not their fault as individual, and I'm sorry that they became victims.
