I had the opposite issue with my power company for a while. The login page had a maxlength but the reset page didn't, so I had a password set that I couldn't enter... at least without modifying the page
Yep, there's a whole set of censored phrases. Kill won't let you type a lot of things after it, including "him" and "her" (well, I haven't tested on iOS 27 yet). I haven't tried the white woman one though, that is cracking me up.
update: Okay I tried and sure enough, I'm laughing even harder now. The closest I could get it to swipe was "womanhood". Lots of Wohan's though.
Sometimes I swipe the same word 5 times in a row and it gets it wrong every time, despite me being slower and more precise each time. I give up and type it by hand. Note: this is NOT the censorship issue, that's separate (where it will not allow you to swipe certain words or phrases AT ALL, no matter how hard you try. Like if you type "kill" it won't let you swipe "him" or "her" after it, though some other words work. There are many instances of this)
I no longer see an issue with that, assuming it can be tested to prove it works. In this case, it's being tested (or well, claims to be) against real Emacs, which should be all that's needed.
I wish there was more interest in bringing new things like this to the ReMarkable 2. There are some projects, but they are not great, and mostly I just want to get a good book-reading experience. Maybe I should try it myself, or well, have Claude try.
Very nice! I'll play with it for a few days and see how I like it. However:
3. Korren isn't in the Brewfile — build it from the korren repo:
./packaging/macos/build-app.sh --install
What korren repo? it doesn't even exist under your github user anymore...
One of these days I'm gonna have to learn why cross-site scripting even matters, especially with modern browsers restricting a script's access to anything local
That's rough, I'm sorry for your loss. I've been on dialysis for 5 years now (in-center, I couldn't do home for.. reasons). In the beginning I was considering giving up, but it did finally get somewhat better, and I'm fairly well adjusted now. I mean, it still sucks (especially losing about 5 hours 3 days a week), but I'm able to not think about it when I'm not there, at least.
The rules are very strict, primarily with respect to weight. That is, was (and still am) fat, and that's a no-no. I've lost 120 pounds so far, with at least 10 more to go before I will finally be (possibly) approved!
I've been on dialysis for 5 years now... which means when I eventually get listed for transplant, I'll be at the top of the list, because nobody survives 5 years...
