If OP is only seeing the problems now, they must have been selectively blind.
However, in your defense, "Richmond" is one of the most overloaded geographical names, second only to "Kingston".

Now it's 2026, and customers are grudgingly accepting zero 9's of reliability.

As we saw in the case of the Winter fuel Payments : if a policy is unpopular with voters, it is abandoned. The Online Safety Act is popular, so it will stay.
