pw7··on Linode hacked, CCs and passwords leaked

Yeah I did the same thing, but new card takes 5-7 days in my case. Very disappointed that I had to find out about this incident here, imagine all the customers who dont happen to look on slashdot or hacker news.

pw7··on Show HN: vim-multiple-cursors - True Sublime Text style multiple selection

Looks great tma! Will give this a spin as soon as I can.

Also fun :)

pw7··on Official Hacker News T-Shirt

They look pretty darn slick to me.

pw7··on Linode Nextgen: The Network

Great to hear that, I switched from heroku to linode a couple of days ago and couldn't be happier. I haven't had to contact the support yet because the documentation is so excellent.

pw7··on How I migrated from Heroku to Digital Ocean with Chef and Capistrano

Did the same thing 2 days ago! And cannot stress enough how rewarding the experience was. Although I never heard of Digital Ocean so I chose linode, but I'm also very happy with them so far.

pw7··on Show HN: Built a Hacker News radio web app I can listen to

Great Work! Aside from a few glitches this is fantastic! TTS is surprisingly fine.

pw7··on Ask HN: Hackers Guide to the Stockmarket?

Awesome, I like Khan Academy. Did not realize they had finance videos though. Thanks

pw7··on Ask HN: Hackers Guide to the Stockmarket?

Thanks I think I'm gonna buy that book. I am not looking for algorithmic trading stuff (yet). As I said, I barely know anything about the stock market, main thing is want the resources to be brief and straight to the point. Regards.
