I spent hours on prompt engineering recently and I hate it. This is for a startup and requirements change daily so the prompt has to be revamped all the time.

I decided to develop a system that take requirements and some sample inputs as an input, then automatically evalute the outputs and fine tune the prompt.

How to phrase it if you need code review from other team and deploy code into their code base?

For open source model claiming SOTA performance, we could at least check for data leak from its training data.

IMO having a made in China filter is good enough

It depends on your job. Software Engineer wage is way lower in Hong Kong than Canada. Low income tax in Hong Kong does not make it attractive at all.
