Unless the hydrogen fueling nozzle freezes to the car, which is apparently quite common in high humidity weather and/or when multiple cars are fueled consecutively. See e.g. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S036031992...
The current situation is one where XGS-PON users can get 5Gbps subscriptions, whereas AON users are stuck at 1Gbps - seemingly because the telcos aren’t upgrading their point-of-presence hardware to support anything beyond 1Gbps.

At this point Apple seems to be using simple substring matches, so if there is any exploit vector the malware authors can circumvent the check using "itms" + "-services" or something more sophisticated like ROT13.
But if you read the description of its spyware behaviour from a current perspective, it's not that different from the telemetry that’s implemented everywhere and Windows bugging you to use Bing as a search engine.
Of course the disadvantage is that you need to Go have the toolchain installed everywhere you want to use the Go script, so it's definitely not as portable as using a regular shell script.

That's an incredible improvement in just a few years. I wonder how much of that is Apple engineering and how much is TSMC improving their 3nm process.
"Devices that offer serial interfaces often expose powerful, low-level functions over the interface with little or no authentication. Exposing that sort of capability to the web without adequate safeguards presents a significant threat to those devices. A user deliberately installing a site-specific add-on may be adequate, given sufficiently understandable consent copy."

And if you are running Debian 13 (trixie) or later, or Ubuntu 24.04 (Noble Numbat) or later, you can already install it using `apt install sudo-rs`.

Even Apple's own documentation at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203027 says that the DPAN (called Device Account Number here) is only unique per device. When a card is added to Apple Pay a DPAN is created for that device, and it never gets changed afterwards unless the card is removed and re-added.
So whereas you can't be tracked by using the same card on two devices (e.g. iPhone and Apple Watch) because they will have two different DPANs, I'm pretty sure data brokers can track you when using the same card on the same device across different merchants.
I’m not very familiar with the ellconomics of recycling, but I doubt that this process to recover an additional 2% will be cost effective.
