The Ryzen AI line is actually great if deployed to an entire org as the bottom tier, as it garuantees every device has a 50 TOPs NPU. We deploy local software at $STARTUP and this makes deployment to a Windows corp more predictable.

Open source is a comittment. It is entitled of companies to grow developer user bases by promising that they will continue to provide their product to consumers and foster an open community, then pull the rug once openness no longer benefits them. The decision to go open source should less often be guided by financial reasons. It is foremost a social system of distributed labour and dependence.

I don't perceive those problems to be inherent to the territories or peoples of the countries. All have had potential to change and have done so extensively since the Second World War. There isn't a universal explanation or root behind the issues these countries are facing today, unless you are willing to abstract it to just "economics".

Is that really optimal? It is already true in that case that your colour schemes do not work for people with opinionated colour settings. Isn't this just relying on a quirk? The point of not using truecolor is to respect the colour preferences of the user.

The initiative is obviously part of the global right-wing populist trend. Countries in the EU are dependent on immigration for maintaining their economies and public infrastructure as the population ages. I'm not Swiss, but the current government in Sweden has been going through with similar anti-criminal/anti-bad-immigrant (racist) politics and rethoric for four years now. As a result, there are now elderly care centers in parts of the country where 25% of all personnel have been expelled, children and even babies are taken back to their "home countries" without their parents and major domestic industry organisations are turning on the politicians they have fostered as the detrimental economic policies are killing low-wage industries in Sweden.
