I used it as my desktop for months. Almost a year, in fact. But then I was given a new (old) computer so the pi400 is in a closet until the summer when I will out Gcompris and Eduactiv8 on it for my kid.

This is cool. But, I am also swinging by to be the jerk who points out a funny thing about French (because the app's name is in French):

In French, nom is your surname. Prénom is your name (given name). Your surnom is your nickname.

Bonne journée ! (The French put spaces before some punctuation too)

Any individual or group of people that task themselves with making a browser deserve some sort of accolade. What I appreciate here is the minimalist approach and similarities to qutebrowser, uzbl, dwb and probably others.

No uBlock Origin is not a deal breaker for me. Even with ubo on and JavaScript blocked the web is bloated as hell. I feel bad for all the folks who work on these projects because they need to deal with the same comments over and over again. That doesn't help the project.

So, hats off to Nyxt.

I was just thinking about this a few days ago and even made a note to go look them up on archive.org. I think someone shared this a few years ago and it got picked up by buzzfeed (or whatever).

When I worked retail we had this but it was a mini-cd system that looked like a GameCube. My boss was a little bit forced into investing in it because a customer was furious that a P!nk song on the radio had the word "ass" or "hell" in the lyrics. The shuffle on that thing was horrible, sometimes the same song would come up twice and most evenings we just kept it off.

I watched your video about this last night. Very nice work. It is exactly what lots if rpi users would love to find while looking for projects.
