paool··on The web does not need gatekeepers: Cloudflare’s new “signed agents” pitch
You can't trust everyone will be polite or follow "standards".

However, you can incentivize good behavior. Let's say there's a scraping agent, you could make a x402 compatible endpoint and offer them a discount or something.

Kinda like piracy; if you offer a good, simple, cheap service people will pay for it versus go through the hassle of pirating.

how would I point to your API to use in a Mastra ai agent?

Starred in GitHub.

I use assistant-ui to handle my frontend rendering. It would make sense for them to adopt something like this

paool··on Agentic Browser Security: Indirect Prompt Injection in Perplexity Comet
Interesting to see the evolution of "Ignore previous instructions. Do ______".
paool··on What makes Claude Code so damn good
It's not just the base model

Try using opus with cline in vs code. Then use Claude code.

I don't know the best way to quantify the differences, but I know I get more done in CC.

paool··on Mark Zuckerberg freezes AI hiring amid bubble fears
Short sighted. I wouldn't count VR out until the fidelity is good enough and cheap enough that everyone who has a smartphone can experience VR/AR.

If it still doesn't take off, fair.

But I bet the form factor will be glasses because now you can have a screen way bigger than a phone or monitor and the interface is way smarter (ai).

It's just a matter of when everyone can afford one

paool··on AWS CEO says using AI to replace junior staff is 'Dumbest thing I've ever heard'
Context engineering > vibe coding.

Front load with instructions, examples, and be specific. How well you write the prompt greatly determines the output.

Also, use Claude code not copilot.

You basically get paid in crypto (Bitcoin Cash) for seeding torrents. Inversely, you can also pay BCH to get "high priority" speeds.

paool··on Ask HN: How will sidechains affect Bitcoin's long term price?
you can think of sidechains as alt-coins that are technically still Bitcoin.

If you own Bitcoins, they can now do more and are more valuable because why would people still use doge when you could have bitcoin + doge in one?

paool··on Show HN: Live updates of RESTful resources
would this work with CHAIN? a bitcoin api
paool··on Show HN: Milkshake – Real-time playlists with friends over websockets
I think the point of the experience is to be in sync while listening, rather than just sharing a playlist with friends.
paool··on Show HN: Milkshake – Real-time playlists with friends over websockets
It's kind of like twitch meets soundcloud. I like it. Give us a demo with more than 2 users.
