But that serves no good to the agenda of the pro-bitcoin, maxis and the goverment itself, so...
As a Salvadorean I can tell you that is pretty much the way the goverment propaganda machine works... Misleading, inaccurate data or straight up lies. On this particular case the reality is that levels of tourism are back to 81% of its pre-pandemic levels, which is good on its own right, but wasn't good enough for the goverment agenda... so they starting pushing the "tourism is up 81%" thing and slapped bitcoin (which as little to nothing to do with that) on top. if you dig deep enough even the own goverment clarifies that they are talking about recovery and not growth on some publications underneath the propaganda [1]

1 - It is not growth it is RECOVERY, tourism is back to 81% of its pre-pandemic levels. Even the own goverment sources say that if you read the pages below the propaganda [1]. So no, tourism is not up compared to pre-pandemic levels, instead we recovered 8 out of every 10 visitors we had before the pandemic...
2 - No, it is not because of Bitcoin. I understand if you are pro-bitcoin, that's alright. But reality in here is that pretty much no business is accepting Bitcoin any more, even plenty of the business that did accepted it when the law passed have gone back to not taking it. The large lines you used to see on the Bitcoin ATMs are gone now that pretty much everyone that wanted to claim the $30 USD bonus have got it (and the overwhelming majority of them converted it to cash immediately... ) and the Bitcoin ATMs are as empty as a ghost town except for the occasional BTC enthusiast/speculator that uses it to cash out some money.
I live here... But if you believe I'm wrong or biased, I invite you to come here and check things for yourself, you may be up for a reality check regarding the goverment propaganda, but you will still have a good time doing tourism.

First of all: "annual government budget of about $5.6B" this is misleading, the government is 100% reliant on NEW debt to operate, there is NO "disposable income" not even a penny...
Heck, the goverment just approved a new $650M debt package to execute a "last resort" strategy and try to pay old debt by buying bonds expiring on early 2023 at below face-value price, because lenders have pretty much lost faith on the goverment having the capacity to pay, so they are "cutting loses".
1% may look like nothing at face value, but when you are even a little bit informed about Salvadorean reality you know that $104M is A LOT of money for a country where the ICUs of the most important hospital of the public network get FLOODED every time there is a couple of hours of rain [1] and rebuilding the whole hospital would cost $170M...

Is there any health care practitioner around here with time for a 15-minutes phone interview or willing to exchange a few emails so I can better understand his/her needs?
The more advanced civilization will eventually (always...) conquer the less advanced civilization when in need (or desire...) for resources.
It is like if a deer were obsessed to find the hunter that will put its life to an end...
If the question we are trying to solve is "Are we alone?" we have better try to look for "less advanced" forms of life, like marine animals or something like that...
Otherwise we will get the kind of reply we are not looking for... IMHO
I hope that kind of materials can be mass-produced on the short term future to be used as insulation for homes!
Hopefully as the Vue community grows that will drive more resources to the development of cool projects like Weex either directly by having members of the community getting involved on the development of those projects, or indirectly by motivating companies to develop tools to cater a sizable market.
My point was that the title seems a bit exaggerated given the content of the article.
"Ancient organic material", "Mysterious methane" feels like click-bait after you read the content behind it
I hope the NASA keeps getting all the funds it needs, it is just sad that they have to fall in this kind of strategies to do so.
1 - Define the requirements 2 - Design the UI AND its behavior
From seeing the UI and understanding how it is expected to behave you can get a clear idea of what entities and attributes you will need, from there you can derive the database design.
3 - Design the database in a way it fits all the data you need to display on the UI, and all the data you don't need to display but need to make the UI behave in the way you need it.
4 - Code the business logic required to link the database to the UI, in whatever language you choose.
sales@2600hz.com is the best way to reach you or someone in there to discuss pricing and some other details?
As I said, if you feel safer because you run all those commands manually, it is ok...
Binary packages are not intrinsically more secure that plain text scripts that you can easily audit.
If you feel safer because you are executing by hand a bunch of commands that can be automated with a script that's ok.
In my case I rather spend that time doing something more productive.
The thing about signature validation can be easily resolved with a simple text replace. About dependency tracking: as I said, it is not a package manager and it uses dnf under the hood, which already does that.
Unless you only install open source software AFTER doing a full source code audit. You are blatantly overreacting just to look as "security conscious".
For disclosure: I don't have anything to do with the project other than the fact that I have been using it for years without any issue.

If the "--nogpgcheck" bothers you, a simple text replace over the source code solves it.
Same with the "curl|bash" thing, you are not obligated to run it that way, you can just clone the repo and run it however you want, it is open source!
It is funny the way people overreact with things like this with projects that are open source but are ok installed closed source software and feel safe because they got them from the official repos...
It will add the repos, dependencies and execute all other steps that you will have to do manually otherwise, to have any of the programs supported installed on your PC.
After that you can manage any of them with dnf.
It is a great utility, extremely useful.
Here is a bunch of screenshots of all the things you can install with one click using Fedy:
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/oakue3yuc287ioq/AAARUn9Usi3IgaA27...
- Do a fresh install
- Use Fedy [0] install with a single click pretty much any development IDE you may need plus other must-have tools (Skype, Dropbox, VirtualBox, TeamViewer, etc...)
- Install the "dash to panel" Gnome extension [1]
- Use Fedy to install Numix or Arch as themes and "pimp" your GUI ;)
- Enjoy!!
Here is how my desktop looks with the described set up: https://snag.gy/F6SM4L.jpg
But it seems like a good option for sure, thank you for taking the time to point me to the specific parts of documentation related to the functionality we need to implement.
I will be checking the viability of using this service and contacting sales for a demo if it seems like a good fit.

Thanks
- Launch a call programmatically (from an extension to a phone number) while setting a custom caller ID.
- Check extension status: idle / calling to {phone number} + call duration
- Read call history log for the day (talking time, calls made)
- Record a call
- Monitoring functions over calls: listen/whisper/barge
We are able to provide all of those already, but using FreePBX + a SIP trunk provider.
The problem is, our approach seems difficult to scale, as we will have to develop the VoIP infrastructure to support new users, and we don't want to go that route, as we want to focus on the software.
We would rather outsource that part to some VoIP provider with an API that enables those functionalities, however some well-known services (like 8x8.com) don't provide all those functionalities and some others that do provide them (like RingCentral) turn out to be too expensive, pretty much double our current cost.
Any suggestion?
Could you please elaborate on that? Im new to GraphQL and I assumed that you only have to provide it with a schema that defines entities and their relations and it will let you query any combination over it.
Does queries have to be explicitly set on the server? As an example, if I have the table "doctors" that has a 1:n relationship with the table "patients", do I have to explicitly define something like:
queryDoctors { id name patients { id name } }
To be able to query a doctor's patients?
