I was browsing an old HN post from 2018, with lots of what seemed like useful links to their blog
Upon visiting it the site had been rebranded and the blog entries had disappeared
Waybackmachine saved me in this cass, but a link to it originally would have saved me a few clicks
Not saying there's not other ways to consume. but as an anecdote myself or my partner never listen to radio anywhere but in my car either, it's pretty common I believe!

For documenting decisions on architecture this should be done as you go really but better late than never :). Using adr ( architecture decision records ) text / md files would be my approach. They will typically be kept alongside the code and source controlled

V8 is a powerful runtime and has enabled some great products regardless of Google's history in areas
It will take time but generations are slowly waking up to the bullshit. We need to be able to run open source code on servers in a transparent and reportable way that everyone can understand
I see services like whatsapp taking the stance it is essential. Its the only place I (barely) feel like I can speak my mind when chatting with non tech savvy friends (of which it would be a hard sell to get to install anything else more rock solid). I really hope we can adopt widespread e2e encrypted chat platforms moving forward and dont regress in this front else it will be a sad future
It's pretty essential if we're going to have those connected devices in the classroom there is a way to control it.
I would prefer rigorous blocking over teacher control - but reasonably I think it's kind of necessity in a classroom setting.
